Your representative Linto Thomas carried out a very detailed Energy Inspection of our house on October 10th, 2023. He was very thorough, professional and helpful during this Audit. His initial report was issued on October 19th, 2023, and was very detailed and easy to understand with upgrade options prioritized and appropriate information included.

Steve was absolutely wonderful. I felt he really took his time and he was very thorough. The report was sent the very same day. Also the gal in the office with whom I talked with was so kind, and helpful. It could not have been easier. I would absolutely recommend this company 100%.

I am 4 weeks post inspection and have not had any communication with Amerispec in regards to recieving our report. (2) emails not responded to, phone m3ssage not repsponded to. Contractor we are working with made email request with no response as well.
I get delays occur, but no communication is not acceptable.
