I was charged $270+ higher than what was quoted. When I contacted your company they did correct the matter. But if I hadn’t caught the mistake myself I would have been out that amount of money.

Easy to organize, inspection was thorough and the inspector was great to work and included practical recommendations.

Very friendly and was helpful explaining the process and what was required for the testing, answered all questions WRT the efficiency test. Very professional and efficient. My energy advisor was Amanda Pride, she came equipped with everything she needed including a small step ladder to check out my attic and was thorough, providing feedback on my home. The whole process was less stressful than I expected, it was a pleasure having her complete my home test, thanks again for being prompt in getting my assessment done.

I felt that Robert was very rushed. A small piece of my new screen door was dislodged when he was doing the door test.
Otherwise Robert was very pleasant, punctual.
