Keeping the buyer involved in the inspection.
Don was excellent. We really appreciated how long he was willing to spend with us and how involved he allowed us to be. He invited us over to every spot and explained what we was looking for. He spent plenty of time over our agreed upon time to answer questions. We ended up buying the home!

Chris was an excellent home inspector who went above and beyond. He explained everything clearly and took the time to show us where all the important parts of the house were. He also shared helpful tips and tricks for home maintenance, which felt above and beyond his role. As he inspected, he explained what he was looking for, which gave me confidence that nothing was overlooked. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a thorough and thoughtful inspector.
