Fast and friendly
Stuart and Dave did a fabulous job inspecting a very large property for me. They arrived on time, worked hard, discovered some amazing things that were unknown to me and my client and they were personable and willing to share information. Their reports were timely and easy to understand. I'd use their services again without hesitation.

Very little to no responses ri email requests surrounding status of inspections. Still waiting on post audit report to be posted weeks after work completed and paid for. Contacted office and spoke to agent who lamented the fact they were short handed, but would check in to my file. Over a week has since passed with 0 response. Starting to provide feedback to various solar websites indicating "Amerispec not recomended". Slow and un responsive.
