When I spoke with a team rep receptionist, I asked if Beltway Builders conducts air duct cleaning (1st priority) and they said and went ahead an scheduled the appointment.
Upon arrival, I asked the field tech if they do air duct cleaning and they said no.
The appt wasted everyone's time altogether.
I have been waiting 2 weeks for an Estimate. I have spoke with Dave Friaa several times and all he tells me is that I will have my estimates this evening. I've heard this same thing talking to him 3 different times and I never receive the estimates from him or the company.
My husband and I are impressed by the expertise and superb customer service of your employees, not to mention the beautiful quality of the items we have selected.
I never got the quote for cost. Phone calls were not returned. Overall bad business practices.

I was very unhappy with the salesman. He came in, measured 1 of 3 windows, said he recommended a tilt window, told me a price $800, a window, then asked me if I wanted him to write it up. He did not even look at the other windows. He was here for about 5 minutes.
He did not offer any options on style, quality or price.
When your salesman was here for our door estimate he explained different styles, cost, and other factors that were relevant to our decision. I was very happy with our meeting.
My disappointment with the concrete being discolored was expressed from the beginning. I was informed that when it dried it would match. I informed your representative, Chris Thomas. I received no follow up.

Estimator was great, and very up front. Estimate was for a driveway seal, but we're prepping for sale, so long term higher quality is not what we need at this juncture.

Punctuality
We are very early in this process so it’s hard to tell. The representative from Allied arrived in a timely manner and was very personable and helpful. We are not sure when we will get a quote on our job, but I’m sure it will be soon.
After setting up an appointment no one has stopped by or called to cancel appointment….disappointing
No idea it would be that expensive. Waiting for additional estimates but it could be the project I’d just too pricey for me.
