I was told Thursday, April 28, that I would be told when my service would be scheduled. I believe part of my invoice includes expedited service or at least that is the promise. I was also told that I would be receiving an invoice describing total costs and services to be provided. When service will be done, what service will occur and total cost for service has not been provided as promised.
Eric was a pleasure to work with and When I call the person on the other end is always so helpful
I never received an estimate, went with someone else
The representatives attitude about what we were requesting to be done turned me off immediately.

The guy who came to do the estimate tried to fool us and making us believe that we need the whole roof to be replaced, we only asked for the gutter to be fixed and the screws to be tightened or replaced.
Furthermore, when he agreed to do just the fix for the one gutter he asked for a ridiculous price.
Honesty is the key for a successful business, this way you will gain the trust of the people and get more clients not by scaring the customers that the roof will collapse on our heads, and he just stood on the street and looked at the roof with his magic blessed eyes, he didn’t climb up on the roof and examine the gutter.
I will never consider your company for any business or if I will ever recommend you.

I scheduled an appt with the understanding that I was out of town and I had my family member there to review. The person showed up after the appointment window and called me with a nonchalant demeanor stating that I needed to be there for the appt so it was canceled. No I will not use these services.
The service rep that came out to give me an estimate could not have been any better. He talked with me frankly and forthright about my projects and gave me some hints on how to save money. I was definitely impressed and will consider Beltway Builders for future projects.
$1,800 quote when others were $400
I had an appointment scheduled for 1-2:30pm because I needed to leave home for another appointment at 4:30pm. The Rep. didn't get to me until 3:45pm because he said he was overbooked for the day. Since I had to leave for my appointment at 4:30 I really didn't get a chance to discuss my project completely. I was told that the Rep. would come back at another time to continue but instead of receiving a call to schedule another appointment, I received an estimate for a ridiculous amount of money. For a reputable company as Beltway Builders I was completely surprised at the lack of customer satisfaction I was shown. Thank you Beltway Builders but perhaps you are not the company for my project.
