Job hasn’t started yet. Project manager was on time and very helpful with information about my job and product suggestions.
Two issues: 1) The follow-up emails were overly insistent on saying that I "MUST have all decision makers" present for meeting. I get that you need to close sales, but it just feels like you're going to send out super high pressure people. There's no way I'm closing a deal on an addition to the house without a few quotes. 2) I canceled the appointment via text, phone call (talked to someone), and an email. I wanted to be courteous and not waste your time because that's just not cool. I got a confirmation text the day of the appointment. But, then, someone still came to the door...but 90 minutes late. And he had no idea the appointment had been canceled. (He was very nice and apologetic) This makes me think there's too much administrative stuff to sort out and I can't be dealing with that for a major project.
Please note, I'm not upset, but you asked, so I answered.
Mr. Glen was very kind, professional and just easy to engage with about my screen door. He was awesome and highly knowledgeable and informed me of my options.
Cost for service requested was three times higher than awarded proposal.
Everyone has been very helpful and responsive so far
You met my expectaions
Cost was too high. Sorry.
No real discussion of options when rep came to my home. Price WAY to high!
spoke with one of your estimators, who rescheduled due to rain, then never saw or heard from him the next day. called main office and scheduled an appointment with them, again never saw or heard from anyone on the day of the appointment. Then I got a proposal for nothing that I asked for, that was priced for more than double than I have paid from my other landscaper. So far reliability is very low, communication, very low and way over priced for what I need done.
Estimate was much more than I exoected. Might have to "trim down" my ambitions...
(I.e. - smaller concrete pad, or just use concrete blockers or even pressure treated wood with moisture reducing base, or even ,reduce overall deck size...)
Cost. Found better rates with other contractors
Overpriced vs contract specificity
Can not read content of the contract
Job is not finished as promised. Waiting for callback.
Price was too high, I have a budget I currently have 2 contractors with a lower cost
Rating ALLIED RESTORATION 5 start,:-)
The job has not been completed. I was told it would be completed yesterday but no one showed up and I didn't receive a call that it would not be done yesterday. The delay began with the rep entering the incorrect credit number and I received an email saying it could not be processed when there numbers were incorrectly entered.
Way to expensive. $22,000.00 for a chain link fence is ridiculous.
They talk a lot but NEVER SHOWED UP!
IF THEIR SCHEDULING IS LIKE THEIR WORKMANSHIP --- STAY AWAY!
You're quote was 60% higher than others I received
The person whom i spoke with on the phone when I called to cancel my appointment for an estimate was rude and testy.
They are nice people, but we can’t afford the price.
They are very nice, but we can’t afford their estimate.
They never showed up or called
Not to happy to hear about the one year Warranty
I got 2 estimates for painting and yours was 3000 more
Confidentiality of comments on PMs was not honored when it stated it would to a point where the unwanted PM cancelled my consultation with the new scheduled appointment with a requested different PM. Done on 4/20/22.
The person contact me and said he could not find my address. Then the next day he emails a quote to grind my tree stump (NOT THE TREE) for 1,700.00 and said he did in fact come to my address. This is a ridiculous price to grind a stump that's low to the ground. In any case, I would never refer anyone to this company.
I'd like to thank the estimator for his time in coming to give us an estimate. I didn't expect an in-person estimate. I didn't know before hand that Beltway Builders always does in-person estimates and that there is a minimum of $800 per job. I received a quote for $1,200-$1,500; I don't remember the exact amount. The quote seemed really high for the size of the job.
WAAAAYYYY overpriced!!!
I sent a follow-up email to the address that sent me the estimate.
Asked for a breakout of the deck from the first three things I wanted done inside the house.
Never heard back.
Not interested.
Thank-you,
Bern

Great.consultation, great service, thanks!
