The cost of my project was much higher than others. I was willing to go $300 over my lowest bidder because Beltway Builders was able to start the project much faster.
Their service offering wave excellent but we needed the work done quickly and they could not guarantee that with the wave of spring yard work. Yes, I would very much consider them for future efforts.
You have a really good Sales Team, great prices, and great response time to inquires submitted by the customer.
Prices quoted were significantly higher than quality competitors. The privately branded Seaway Signature Gold product is a medium to average vinyl product compared to the higher end Okno, Soft-Lite and Sunrise windows I was comparing it to.
Finally and most important, when I asked who makes the the Woodland Window product for you, I was told it was made by a "manufacturer in Ohio." Obviously Seaway, whose Signature Gold window, brochure and data are featured on your website as well, is located in Erie, Pa. not Ohio. I was deeply disappointed to be misled while evaluating a premium installer and supplier.
Debbie was very courteous to both my wife and I on our separate visits to your beautiful showroom and Jeff very personable on his home visit, but the pricing and Ohio comment eliminated Woodland from our evaluation.

Meeting with Mike was very helpful. He explained every thing clearly & was courteous & patient. I have reached out to him with a followup question & he has agreed to send me an updated estimate.
The proposal was literally 7 times more expensive than the next nearest quote. And, it was incomplete. I asked for pickup and planting of bushes and trees in addition to the clearing of the land. He only quoted clearing of the land. I can only imagine the cost of pick up and planting!
No one showed up. We made special arrangements for the two of us to be there together. No one even called.
The representative was very professional and very knowledgeable. However, the quote was more than double for the industry standard.
We never heard from him to get an estimate - we waited for a call but never go it.
The price quoted to clean the pavers and sand the grouts was way too high.
Patricia Owens has been amazing soo far. She has answered all my questions, has been flexible with meeting, and has been overall professional, polite, helpful, and friendly. I look forward to continuing working with her, and hope to work with her on future projects.

I was told I had an 830 am appointment
The morning of the appointment I was given an appointment window via email. I specifically took the earliest appointment to ensure that I could make my 10 am appointment. At around 850 I received a text again staying my appointment window.
I responded to the text that I could not wait passed 930 since I had to leave at 945 for my scheduled appointment. The response was to reschedule. I was not happy with that and cancelled the appointment all together.

I sent a text message stating that I had to reschedule my free estimate on my deck and nobody got back to me. Very disappointing.

We want to proceed, but there are 2 pending issues:
1 -- we want the contractor to provide the permits for the work
2 -- the timeframe, if ordered now, would put installation in dead of winter. It doesn't make sense (with the amount of windows) to do if it cannot be done earlier this year. We may have to hold off a few months and schedule for early spring installation.
We are evaluating and will make a decision after we return from vacation.
Everything was fine, price was very high.
