Price

I received a quote from Beltway Builders, Will Kidwell, that gave a price of $6,890 that would be valid for 7 days or $6,200 which would be valid for 3 days. The prices reflected projected costs for permits and the architectural design. When I asked for a listing of what the price included, Mr. Kidwell said he did not have access to that information and has not gotten back to me.

I am receiving proposals from other companies. Each has been able to isolate costs for permits, building materials and the architectural design. Each took pictures and measurements of the area on which I would like the addition. Mr. Kidwell seemed to imply that Beltway Builders could not provide an approximate cost for my project. Therefore, I have eliminated Beltway Builders from consideration for my project.

The price was twice as much of other estimates we recieved

I originally only wanted a quote to do the tile work. but when howard saw the job he wanted to do everything which was plumbing, backer board and tiling. I am sure it will be top notch but not sure the whole job is in the budget. so trying to figure out what to Do.

We have been trying to reach our salesperson and he does not return our calls. We had an appointment on 5/17/22 at 11:30 am he did not show up and did not call. I would think that you would want our business or anyone else's, but obviously your companies' employees don't care.

So far, my only experience has been with Glenn STRUNC, who came to my home to give an estimate. He was very kind and patient with me. He gave me good information and good suggestions. Following estimates from other company representatives, I plan to use your company for the work that I need.

Too expensive

We are having problems with AA county and not doing anything until this is solved. The person you sent out was very good and we liked her presentation CD.

Mike was very personable and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the details to which he spoke. I have one more quote to get after today (I have one today), and then I will pick someone. Give me about 2-3 weeks.

The quote given was almost 3x the amount of another contractor.

Mike was nice; however, the price of $6,884.15 was 3x higher than the other 3 estimates.

I got my highest estimate from your company. If a simple job is so expensive, i would hate to estimate a big job.
