The representative was very professional and very knowledgeable. However, the quote was more than double for the industry standard.
We never heard from him to get an estimate - we waited for a call but never go it.
The price quoted to clean the pavers and sand the grouts was way too high.
Patricia Owens has been amazing soo far. She has answered all my questions, has been flexible with meeting, and has been overall professional, polite, helpful, and friendly. I look forward to continuing working with her, and hope to work with her on future projects.

I was told I had an 830 am appointment
The morning of the appointment I was given an appointment window via email. I specifically took the earliest appointment to ensure that I could make my 10 am appointment. At around 850 I received a text again staying my appointment window.
I responded to the text that I could not wait passed 930 since I had to leave at 945 for my scheduled appointment. The response was to reschedule. I was not happy with that and cancelled the appointment all together.

I sent a text message stating that I had to reschedule my free estimate on my deck and nobody got back to me. Very disappointing.

We want to proceed, but there are 2 pending issues:
1 -- we want the contractor to provide the permits for the work
2 -- the timeframe, if ordered now, would put installation in dead of winter. It doesn't make sense (with the amount of windows) to do if it cannot be done earlier this year. We may have to hold off a few months and schedule for early spring installation.
We are evaluating and will make a decision after we return from vacation.

I was told Thursday, April 28, that I would be told when my service would be scheduled. I believe part of my invoice includes expedited service or at least that is the promise. I was also told that I would be receiving an invoice describing total costs and services to be provided. When service will be done, what service will occur and total cost for service has not been provided as promised.
