I had an appointment scheduled for 1-2:30pm because I needed to leave home for another appointment at 4:30pm. The Rep. didn't get to me until 3:45pm because he said he was overbooked for the day. Since I had to leave for my appointment at 4:30 I really didn't get a chance to discuss my project completely. I was told that the Rep. would come back at another time to continue but instead of receiving a call to schedule another appointment, I received an estimate for a ridiculous amount of money. For a reputable company as Beltway Builders I was completely surprised at the lack of customer satisfaction I was shown. Thank you Beltway Builders but perhaps you are not the company for my project.

Woodland couldn't completely satisfy my request. What they were able to service was well overpriced in comparison to another vendor whom works with premium products like pella. Salesman was very courteous, however

Surfing the internet indicates the average price of Mezzo windows ,plus installation is $400 to $600 per window

Glenn was professional in the collection of information, explaining the services and process of Beltway Builders and provided a general overview of timeline and what to expect.
They were fast in setting up the appointment and Glenn called the day of to let me know when I could expect him to arrive, and he did right on time.
So far I have been impressed with their responsiveness and understanding of my needs and budget. Looking forward to working with Beltway Builders and Glenn on this and hopefully other projects I have waiting.
