Save prospective customers some time and gas by telling them up front about the need for plans to move forward at a cost of 4500$. If your project manager would have walked the house and heard what my plans were and given me some insight about ideas or ballpark figures, it would have been nice.
Howard said he didn’t want the job. Didn’t even want to look at the to do list. He was here only 20-30 minutes.
When he thought to get Home Owners insurance involved, he ran out to the truck to get an insurance form.
He said he would handle everything and I wouldn’t have to deal with the insurance company. He still didn’t look at the work needed to be done.
Does he think I am foolish enough to pay my deductible and just give him the job?
He also kept talking to my BF but I am the homeowner.
Oh, the form he got out of the truck had another customers name and address on it.
Totally unprofessional.
If he represents Beltway, you should just close your doors.
Excellent windows have lasted for years. Everyone likes my 4-season porch —and it became a four-season porch when I added your windows. Thank you. Your service is also excellent. Marsha was especially helpful with great advice regarding improvements for my windows and patio doors! Again, thanks for great products and customer service!
Quick service. Glenn was out the day after I called in.
I don't know. I'm not good at this house stuff and talking to people and figuring out what to say or ask. Billy seemed very nice and informative and like he knows his stuff. I'm much better at writing and reading rather than talking to people, which I know is impractical in your business.
Wayyyyyy to expensive
I still haven't received the proposal from Aaron. I was hoping to review it last week, and get moving on some of these projects. I would appreciate receiving some notice soon.
Wasn’t totally honest about condition of the windows
Made a trip to show room which was fine. Set up an in home consult for 4/28 which also seemed great. However, we have still not received any estimate or follow up. I have called the business twice with no response other than to send me to the salesperson’s voicemail. I have still not received any response. Frustrating as my family has had previous good experiences with this company.
Tom Broido from Graboyes was very professional. He is very knowledgeable and has vast experience in the window business. He is friendly and professional !
The customer service rep was very nice but I don't have an estimate to fully access the products and services yet.
The representative was thorough and listened to what I wanted and asked the right questions. Then he provided several alternatives.
Just waiting for my quote....
I haven’t gotten a quote yet from the rep that visited.
The representative was tardy vs the approved time for the appointment. The product manager entered the home without a mask or shoe covers. He also started measuring the space without fully listening to what project we were requesting.
Could not complete the work
Provided limited options on remodeling needs and suggested project “wasn’t worth it.”
The project manager was very professional and helpful for our fencing project. He also worked with me on the price to keep it competitive with other companies. Thanks!
pricing
The product looks great, but price is way too high. When we went into the store we were directed to the Woodland doors as being the most budget friendly. When the young man came to give an estimate, he only quoted on the fiberglass doors and said those were the most budget friendly. I have used Woodland before and don't remember them being so expensive. Additionally, the windows didn't have an important feature I am looking for - the ability to lock in the open position so I can sleep with my bedroom window open but still feel secure.
I need some pretty minor things done and was told the ballpark would be 40-60k. And I don’t want to spend $1450 on plans. I had an architect draw up plans for several spaces in my home last year and spent half as much.
Looking for a lower price. Everything else was good.
Friendly, no pressure, professional, great product options.
Your guy said that he couldn't do this job so I had to get another company to do the work.
YOUR AGENT CAME AND DID A QUOTE ON THE WRONG WINDOW WE NEEDED INFINITY WINDOWS ON 28 WINDOWS I HAD TO GO IN TO THE STORE AND ASK WHY HE NEVER SEND ME THE QUOTE THE LADY SEND IT TO ME AND THAT IS HOW I FUNF OUT THE QUOTE IS WRONG I ASK FOR THE GUY TO CALL ME BACK AND HE DID DO A NEW QUOTE STILL WAITING TO HERE FROM HIM
I was very disappointed in the young men Tony who came out & gave me the wrong information. I was so glad to see Dave Collins the next day to assist with the project.
We haven't gotten the proposal yet, but when we do, we'll seriously consider the offer. Mike Hendley was very helpful and informative about the product, the company and the service.
too expensive. ill do it myself
Enthusiasm and knowledge of estimator

Your representative was very professional and knowledgeable. I will use your service in the future. Thank you for your assistance.
