Good job for a cheaper price.
Well prior to setting up the appointment, my reason for the estimate was for " REPAIR " of the existing Windows. This I made clear from the first call that.. if I wanted "REPLACEMENT" windows I would have said so. So time was wasted I for one don't like wasting it...also as a CR aside when I replied to the fact I wanted repair and received with the short..reply we don't. "REPAIR" windows why was the appointment made?

Never received quote as promised
There was no itemized breakdown. Either it’s all as a package deal or nothing. Much to consider before deciding on Beltway.
Seem to be very over priced. Not responsive to inquires. Were are set to come quote my project, and when they gave us the numbers, refused to respond or give a breakdown of cost per item or just even give a simple reply. Seems they don't want business, so I won't be giving them mine. I will find a video on YouTube and buy my own windows and figure out hot to install them before I use Windows of Wisconsin.
Going to get other bids. Cost was ridiculously high.

I can't believe you wanted to charge me $1400 to paint my outside door frame. It's not that tall or wide and it took 15 minutes to give me an estimate. too much money for me. If you charge $1400 to paint a door frame, I can't afford to have you do any other type of work for me.

I filled out an inquiry and was called and asked to send pictures. I did so the next day and was called again. Meanwhile I was sent a confirmation for an appointment I did not make. I did at first send pics to the wrong email but then saw my error.
After they were sent there was no communication with me whatsoever. I emailed again asking for a response and a day later was told someone would be in on Monday if I still needed help.
If you don't want or need someone's business just say so!
We got a ridiculous and outrageous estimate more than 10x what we received from plenty of other companies. You guys are a joke
It was an excellent meeting and I want to take up their offer.
