I haven't received my entry door or storm door yet but everything looks sturdy and I will be getting the privacy that I am looking for. My experience with Marcia Williams (Sr Contractor) was excellent. She was friendly & polite, honest when discussing your products, and explained everything to my understanding.
John seemed honest and knowledgeable. I also think you specialize in this and therefore likely are very competent at it. I saw the owner and the manager on site at my neighbor's house. That involvement at all levels speaks volumes.

I love the service. I made a call to inquire about a product which was immediately returned. We were able to do everything for the estimate over the phone by texting pictures. I received a quote which I accepted. Easily done for a quality product.

You scheduled an estimate and never showed. You did not call or text or email with an explanation of why you did not show.

Telephone rep and rep coming to the home do not communicate leading to a waste of my time and the rep that comes to the home. Also now my trust in your company is lacking because it seems I am being told anything just to get someone to come to my house. Also rep who give estimates has an attitude problem.

1st estimate included a breakdown of 3 different items that need repair/replacement. Revised (2nd) estimate did not
Also, 2nd estimate proved almost as expensive as the 1st though one of the 3 items had been removed (at my request) but the cost of the materials was then my responsibility to obtain. Can't believe the price of gas (as rep suggested) made the price of the other materials go up that much...and they haven't replied back yet to my inquiry on that several days ago.
It's almost as if they want nearly the same amount for two items (and me supplying the materials for all) as the first estimate where they supply all the roofing materials... SMH.
I never received my quote.
Still haven't received an estimate for the work. Was supposedly going to receive the estimate on Friday 6/25/22. Still waiting.
