The project estimator, Glenn, showed limited interest in the particulars of my project, from a customer relations/service prospective. He took down the basics, but did little to draw me into the specifics of the project. I did receive back a quote in a very timely manner that was significantly higher than all the other quotes that I received.
Make repair of leaky roof, have direct contact with project managers when problems arrive so things move along asap. Provide customers a list of the contractors who do the work so when issues arise the correct persons are involved in solving problems.
Appreciate the expert, low pressure salespeople and the ability to see products in the showroom.
The sales reps are professional and allow the customer decide what they prefer ….no pressure sales ;offer good advice. Great knowledge of products and procedures. However could be better on communicated timelines start to finish.

I was told that the materials are on a 10+ week wait list. The employee that visited the site seemed obsessed with my insurance situation. The $2,500.00 quote seemed ridiculous.
The price was extremely high compared to other quotes. Easily $1700 higher than the next highest quote
Work to date has not met expectations. Rework is needed. Outcome to date appears amateur.
We double checked prices . We were shocked at the price of permitted and blue prints .

Just received an email estimate and the listed price is very close to what Mr. Strunc said it would be but a quick review of the listed work does not include some of the things we talked about to include some minor work on the second basement bathroom
When I got the free estimate, I replied to the email asking for the specific model of door and storm door they proposed to install. I also asked if the door frame would be composite at the bottom to prevent rot. I never got a reply. I assume that means the company isn't interested in our business.
