The salesmen Mr. Howard could of been more friendly.
So far we have had 2 projects: 1) a storm door installed and 2) power restored to our yard lamp post. Bah was very knowledgeable about electricity and quick to resolve the problem and the light worked that night. Mike was very knowledgeable about installing storm doors and made sure he obtained an excellent product before he installed the storm door. Mike did an outstanding job and the storm door works great.
My next project is power washing my home. Mike also power washes houses. I heard from Billy that there are more than one Mike working for Beltway Builders. I will wait until the Mike who installed my storm door can perform my power washing project.
I'm not sure what "ongoing evaluation"means. Harold was very likeable and I wish I could go with your company. But the price quoted seems very high.

Representative listen to what I wanted, reviewed the area and made several recommendations that I liked. Awaiting estimate before moving on.
Representative was very good at explaining everything about the product and there was no high pressure in trying to make a sale.
Amazing Service! Tom Broido came over to get the measurements for the screen door for the patio door. Our old screen door had come off. We thought we needed new screen door. Tom inspected the old screen door and promptly got to work. Instead of measuring for a new screen door, Tom went back to his truck to grab his instruments. He fixed the old screen door, lubricated nicely so it was sliding like a new screen door. When we asked Tom about how much we owe him, Tom promptly informed us that he was already here when he just "fixed" an old door. So he cannot charge us for that! We could not convince him to accept any payment from us! This is not the first time we have called the Graboyes and of course this is not going to the last time. We recommend Graboyes wholeheartedly. Our front storm door was custom made by Graboyes, measure by Tom. That storm door looks like a new one after so many years.
$14,000 for a patio door & installation versus the same door and installation from Home Depot for $7,200. Seems your saleman is quite simply trying to screw over the customer. You lose.

Although we ended up not using your services, the salesman wad personal, knowledgeable, and didn't try to 'sell' me more services than I needed.

I never heard back from your representative who I met with. I wanted to begin the work but he never called me back.

My salesperson didn’t spend much time at the house. 20 minutes to half hour at most. He barely looked at the window outside because it was raining which I get. He measured it for pricing and specs for ordering. The quote he gave was really expensive for one window & the time for installation outrageous. I get supply chain issues but 7 months is shocking for one window. He didn’t break out the quote for costs either (labor versus materials). I asked if Woodland had any promotions and he said no. I went to another window company & received a quote for the exact brand & style window as Woodland & they were $1410 cheaper & installation 13-15 weeks versus 28 or more for the exact same thing. Not to mention the other window company had 50 percent off installation. The other company wanted to earn my business & spent lots of time going through the entire process with me. That makes it an easy decision for me.
