Confusing amounts of texts and phone calls. In the end the designer did not show a d did not cancel. I only wanted a plumber.

Project Manager who gave the estimate was also rude and arrogant.
Supposed to be a free estimate. Project Manager was very high pressure to get a down payment same day of estimate.
No warranty on repair work done.

Rates are much higher than all others I have received.
Easy to work with, didn’t take a lot of time out of our day to explain products etc. Just efficient and polite.
No Patricia was fantastic! She was polite and professional. Our biggest hang up would be the cost $48-$50k is a lot, but we understand we asked for same big changes to the kitchen. I am not sure how much that type of investment would do to increase our home value.
Unfortunately the quote was about 5x what I had anticipated. Thank you for coming out.
Price was way too high
I don't believe the representative took enough time to decipher the proper work need. He barely took measurements. He spent maybe 7 minutes in totality at my residence. The justification in the pricing repair- $3500 versus replacement- $4200 made no sense at all.
Paying 300 percent more than competing bids is not in my best financial interest.
Cost was 2000 dollars higher then other estimate I received.
I have not seen an estimate nor heard from Jake since he was at the property on Wednesday.
This was a first meeting for an estimate.
Great business model and excellent customer service however the project cost far exceeded our allowable budget and present financial situation quite substantially.

You came to my home, looked at what I wanted done and never got back to me!!!
We were given a price of over 25k but if we made a knee jerk decision right on the spot to sign a contract right there and then we would get a discount and our cost would be over 18k. But if we didnt sign with you right there and then, the price goes back to the original quote. That tells me your prices are highly inflated and you want a customer to make a decision on a large project costing thousands of dollars without letting them mull over the cost or get other quotes. This price did not include the counters and undermount sink. Another company came out and gave us a price of 19k which included the counters and sink. I am being nice by giving you what I did. I only gave that because the sales rep.was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. This type of strategy and your prices deserve a 0.
