You are way over priced. I have quotes from 3 other companies and you are the highest
When the the guy arrive to do the estimate I was on a conference call. I asked of her could give me a free minutes and he proceeded to roll his eyes, turn around and leave. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
The cost was prohibitive and much more than estimates received from other companies.
Mr. Johnston knocked down my closet racks, leaving all of my clothes on the floor, after I told him it wasn’t securely attached to the wall. When my husband called the office, the response we got wasn’t acceptable in that the representative, instead of immediately offering something to acknowledge responsibility, kept asking if we expected him to pay for a shelf that was already broken. There was no acknowledgement that the shelf, while fragile, was up and serving its purpose until Mr. Johnston, ignoring my statement that it wasn’t fully attached, caused it to fully collapse. I called back to the office a couple of hours later and got the same response from the representative. In my conversation, he rudely asked, “what would you like me to do?” My response was “you could at least give us $50 to buy new shelves,” to which he responded, “”Fine! I’ll send you a gift certificate for $50.” This is very poor business practices and customer service and I have no intention of doing business with Allied Restoration, now or in the future.

Five minutes prior to appointment I received a call asking if I was Name removed, I answer yes, and I was informed that someone was at the property and no one was there, fact is my tenant was there, also I informed the operator that they were supposed to call prior to arriving, at that time she hung up the phone, I waiting several minutes and I call back and spoke to same person and she told me they had the wrong person (not true) also she informed me that someone was on the way, little later someone did come and promised me I will get an estimate thru email, two days later still waiting.
It is important to note that the reason she asked if I was Name removed is because that name is on tax records, Beltway builders can not depend on tax records, Beltway builders should not hang up the phone and lie that someone was at the property, furthermore when they promise an estimate will be emailed they should fulfill that promise.

The crew that's doing the project is very polite and doing great work. We're very satisfied with the work they are doing.

Joshua came to look at the project and he is wonderful — he arrived right on schedule and was polite, thorough, friendly and prompt with communication. Best of all, he is extremely knowledgeable about the work and product offerings.
We are still evaluating our estimate, but we would feel confident using Woodland for the project.

Scheduled an appointment with your representative and nobody showed up. I cancelled my plans Saturday morning to meet with your company and it was a complete waste of my time. I would never use or recommend Allied.
Your estimate is over $2000 higher than the other 3 estimates I have received so far.
Set up appointment for a free estimate yesterday and the person called in the morning said he was running late which was fine and asked what we needed to be done and when told him he said the minimum charge is $550 and we told not to bother coming. First of all when the appointment was set up was never told about the charge, second all we needed was new a replacement weather strip on the door. We had two another estimates and $175 was the most. We would never call your company ever for an estimate and will never recommend your company
The first estimator never showed. I received an email and text confirmation, but no one called or arrived at my house during the scheduled timeframe.

It won't let me change it from 7. At this point my score is a zero. The day before my initial appointment the office tried to cancel, we settled on a time change. It has been 6 days I was told I would have it same day the next at the latest. I still haven't received my estimate and I emailed Dave reminding him I wanted my estimate with no response. At this point I will not be using beltway I find theses actions say this company is unprofessional and unreliable to do the job.
