Not cost effective
The person sent to provide the free estimate was professional, on time and did a great job. The cost for work we want done is just too high. We are putting off the project until at least next summer.
No warranty or guarantee on repair
How professional Aaron was when we spoke, and I like what he said. The company got back to me very quickly.

Didn't known the size of your company. Bigger not better. The scope of work that I wanted done does not appear to be within your capabilities without sub-contractors. I am looking for a company that does the work with their own employees. I will be able to locate a contractor on my own that will preform the work themselves. Also to charge a ridiculous fee for a set of drawings, for a door and window opening. If you couldn't handle this type of work. Why did you make an appointment and send your Rep.. where as soon as I saw him in his little SUV , I knew there would be issues.
No call, no show, no response to my text or my email asking what’s going on. How could I possibly recommend such a company?
Requested estimate for flat roof service- roofer showed up with no ladder, and he explained that he didn’t “like” flat roofs. He told me he’d just give me an estimate to replace my whole roof, without even looking at it, because it “probably “ needs to be replaced anyway
It's too long to explain. After meeting with him I canceled my project.

The CSR that scheduled my appointment, did not listen to my inquiry. It was a complete waste of time.
I have 4 floors to be worked on. Showed him the initial job he quoted 4900,00 dollars.
Friendly fast services
Way Too costly to install 2 small (24 x 48 in.) side by side Windows for about $1500.00!!!!

The ballpark price quote was given in a way that made me think my possible job was too small for them.
I was coming from work to meet your estimator at my house and was late getting there. He waited and started doing measurements before I got there. It was a late afternoon appointment and he needed some information from the person who would actually be doing the job, so he couldn't give me an estimate on the spot. However, it came either later that night or early the next day. I was impressed that he was so careful when doing his estimate.
