Someone in my family is now going to do the work.
Felt high balled. Im never going to be convinced sanding a combined 4 sq feet of wood costs around 10k and that refacing cabinets in the worlds smallest kitchen retails at 19k. Quote was mind boggling... I just rewired my entire house, upgraded my electrical panel, installed a new furnace and A/C for less... I also never received the quote in email as promised, just an email saying sorry we couldn’t help you. I said I would think about it and not be pressured with the sign now quote price (I never take that offer btw). I just saw nothing to justify close to the price that was only unofficially quoted to me (again, never given the quote).

Prompt service and knowledge of product line.
The sales person did a good job. However, the quote was $4000 higher than the next highest quote and $8000 higher than my lowest quote. Just not competitive and a waste of everyone’s time. We bought this house a few months ago and will be reaching out to contractors quite often for a multitude of projects and based on this quote, i will not be approaching your company going forward.
There is nothing you can do right now. I am currently waiting for bank to get back with me on possibility of getting a refi loan. Thank you
Sorry, but your estimate was double other estimates from three contractors, and 40K more than an architect.

first, when your sales rep showed up, he wasn’t wearing his mask correctly, was fairly rude (well more awkward in a creepy way), and seemed angry that in the middle of a pandemic I wasn’t going to let him inside my house. Given that I want my roof replaced, not clear why he thought he could come in, the roof is outside. He with an somewhat angry/dismissive tone then just walked back to his truck and said he would email a quote. Never asked a question, did point out why we should consider hiring you, basically did everything that anyone with even half a brain as a sales rep you don’t do. If that is who usually reps you I am surprised you are even still in business. But after all that he never even emailed a quote. So I guess if you want the specific thing that you could have done to meet my needs was actually provide a quote, but maybe that didn’t meet your needs.
Price
My appointment was set for 1/29 for between 4-5:30 PM.
On 1/28 I was called & told he was running about 1/2 hour late. I said it was supposed to be the next day & he asked if he could come anyway. I said OK.
Was told he was the project manager & would pass information & pictures to his guys.
I expected a quote on 1/29, and as of now, have not received a quote. I guess Beltway Builders is doing fine, business wise, during the pandemic and apparently not interested in getting my business. Very disappointing experience.

Estimate to remove an reinstall tile in small basement shower was ridiculously high at $8k. Thank you but no thank you. Appreciate the estimate, though.

Quote to replace the glides on 6 cabinet drawers was approximately $1000. Way too high
The cost were excessively high comparatively. I had three companies come out and one estimate, work I actually saw on another property which convinced me of wanting the black finance, came in 1/2 the price you all quoted me. And their price coincides with research I did online. Why was your quote soooo much. Wow!
Didn't get a response back, so went with another company.
I asked for a quote on how much it would cost to reface my cabinets and they guy kept asking me what he wants him to do. I don't know how much clearer I could have been. Then without providing any measurements and paperwork, told me it would be $12-15K to reface my cabinets. I have a small kitchen in a 1000 sq. ft. townhome and can remodel my entire kitchen for that price. Something just didn't add up.
The person who came out in took measurements was suppose to send us an estimate by email.
We never receive one nor did we receive a call. This is the second time your company did this to us.
