Gabriel was attentive, thorough, professional and he gave a great presentation. He was very knowledgeable and he let the product do some of the talking by presenting samples. He had great follow through. We had 4 companies give us estimates and Gabriel and Leafless got the job. Gabriel is an asset to this company!

Yes. Matthew Lucas came out to look at our space on Tuesday, December 8. To date (12/17/20) we have not received any additional information from Matthew. I reached out to him Friday, December 11. He responded that he would follow up when he got back to his computer. Monday, December 14 he said he was still working on it. At this point I am not looking for a follow up. However, I am writing because we are serious about rebuilding our porch, but unfortunately we will be going with another company.
I am not satisfy with quotation. I mean with out measuring or checking how to figure out things. I do understand that day weather is not perfect. So is there any way we can get second round of visit and quotation from you.

An estimate of 1500 for a task valued btwn 300 to 400. Going forward, I do not know the quality of your work but I would not recommend your company because of the estimated cost. I resist thinking the estimate is related to our being elderly.
