Price is over $2K higher than other quotes
I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of their representatives, both in the office and in the field. While I chose another company to do my fence work (because they included cutting down my trees in the price) I will contact Beltway Builders about a deck and home improvement project later.
Price gouging
no one showed up to look at the fence!!

I wasn’t impressed that I wasn’t worthy of a home visit, the person called and gave me a gluten over the phone, and I assume it was meant to discourage me from the visit cause they said something during the conversation that lead me to believe she didn’t think the area was rich enough to use their company. Sorry I have money don’t need people looking down on me for where I live.

Price is 3 times that of competitors
Two female employees lied to me about depositing my check of over four thousand dollar.
I received a quote that was 7x what I received from others. This indicates to me that your company either doesn’t know how to do the work or you’re trying to rip me off. Very disappointing.
The design of the doors is outdated.
Wonderful product. It just doesn’t fit into our budget right now.

When the the guy arrive to do the estimate I was on a conference call. I asked of her could give me a free minutes and he proceeded to roll his eyes, turn around and leave. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
The cost was prohibitive and much more than estimates received from other companies.
