Pricing too high
Your representative refused to give me an estimate on the work to be done.
The gentleman was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. I was very confident he knew what he was talking about the work I need done.
Your Company advertises one thing and when your salesmen shows up the prices are not available that were advertised. Your proposal was given verbally and it was $30,000.00 higher than my other highest bid .I would like to have your proposal in writing. This is requested so that I can see if I am leaving something out, Maybe your bid is more comprehensive.
There estimates
Yes. After feedback from a family member who had work done from this same company, we will not be using their services.
Have not decided yet if we are going with Woodland yet. It’s a bit more financially then we wanted to spend.

price was to high
out of our price range
The price and there was no discount mentioned for being a government employee or military discount. I wanted one 10x10 room painted and to replace 3 bedroom doors I was quoted a price of $450 per door. Not the hole door frame but just the door and a $1000 to paint the room.
it was way more expensive than we're willing to pay. we can get a regular gutter for less than 1/2 the cost and pay for cleaning and it will still be much cheaper in the long run.
It was much more expensive than I thought it would be. We were hoping they would be able to fix up the floors a little faster using the existing tile, however, their price was the same as the quotes from other companies for the entire floor demolishion, materials, installation.
Our salesman, George, was delightful, but the selection of doors was limited and there was nothing that we really liked.
The person supposed to give me an estimate didn’t show up.

The tech never showed up to complete the estimate.
I asked for an estimate for replacing the floor and was told it would be better if I contacted the company that installed it. I let him know that I needed two estimates for insurance company to review and he was unwilling to give an estimate for replacing the floor which he recommended and instead just left an estimate for resurfacing the floor which I am not interested in having done.
I had to call another floor company to come out and give me an estimate.
Your quote is nearly triple the other quotes we've received.
Still evaluating and getting estimates from other companies
I received the information for your Company and two other carpet companies from Home Advisor. I have received three estimates for the stretching of my carpet in which Allied Restoration gave me my last estimate. The first 2 estimates were similar in price between $600 to $650. i was very disappointed with the estimate I received from Allied Restoration in the amount of $1000. Because Allied Restoration estimation was extremely over priced I can not recommend your company to any of my family, friends, or neighbors.

The price I was quoted was extremely high and The estimate did not include a break down of the cost for materials, labor, and cost. So, it just looked like someone through two figures on a piece of paper. When I asked for the breakdown I have yet to receive it.
Yes, there was. I had an appt for a person to physically come give me an estimate. This individual never showed up! He sent a text about 45 minutes before my appointment asking if he could come earlier. I said I was leaving work and would be there in 15 min. He then sent a text asking if I had a plat. At the time I wasn’t sure. He said if I did he would give me a virtual estimate. He never said he wasn’t coming. My husband and I waited until 6:30 and then called your company number, the young lady didn’t say sorry or anything just said I will try to reach the tech. No call back or nothing. I told my husband I guess we have to find another estimate. To my surprise I got an estimate for 12,000. For a fence! Nothing more! I even texted the guy to see if he was coming, no response! I will take my business else where. Poor customer service!!!!!!
