I will not be able to accept this price, as I have received 3 estimates for this job, all of which were HALF your price. Thank you for your time but your estimate is outrageous - perhaps I would be better off replacing the porch instead of repairing it??? Thanks for your time.

The only thing that was proposed in writing in detail was a digital test to determine where water was coming from. Since I knew it was coming from under the concrete floor of the garage, I considered this test ridiculous to perform. Although a price was given for removal of concrete, nothing was written describing what would be done--how much concrete (floor dimensions), insertion of a drain, removal of concrete, etc.)
Just wasn't exactly what I was looking for.
The price that was quoted was actually out rages to paint the whole ceiling in a small town house on one for almost 4 grand no thank you I went with another contractor that charge less than $1000
Price quotes are way high after viewing Home Advisors provided data.
I don’t trust a roofer who doesn’t bring a ladder to look at the roof. How do you know if I do or do not need any roof work done on a flat roof without actually looking at it. I don’t want a salesman I want someone who actually knows the job.
So far, it has been a good experience with David Collins.
I needed someone to repair drywall I have a whole in the wall that needs fixing I called and talked to someone but however nobody has came out thus far to look at the damages or give me an estimate y’all service sucks really bad I’ve called back nobody has responded I will never recommend you guys company to nobody

I’m not sure. Having no idea on the cost of cleaning & staining the price was way above what I thought it would be. However it was in the ballpark of the other 3 estimates I got. So I decided to do the project myself. My estimator, DeVaughn, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the exact worked to be done on the day of inspection. He followed up with an email with the attached project cost broken out. He was very nice.

Have not received estimate
The project manger notified us that he would be late. He came after sunset without a flash light and seemed to struggle taking measurements.
Instead of giving me an estimate to do the work, they tried to rip me off by suggesting that I hire their structural engineer for $3850 to decide whether they could do the work. What they didn't know is that I am an engineer with multiple degrees and 45 years professional experience. I guess they thought a senior citizen would be an easy mark.
The worker was on time. Friendly and very polite. Provided the estimate with no pressure on me to decide immediately. He provided the timeframe for which the estimate is valid.

The inspector had no latter to check the gutters he couldn't tell if the gutters was a line or was the facet of what he didn't know if it was chicken wire or some kind of other wire that was protecting my gutters plus the pricingWith steep for the 20 foot section of gutter and we were talking about not just doing the front gutter and not doing the back I have no problems with the back
David was professional and personal and I like that, he also told me about the business.
