Too expensive
The estimate was just awful. To fix one drawer the sales person said i needed to order a complete new kitchen unit . The estimate for making a 12 inch by 35 inch shelf wad 900.oo. These estimates did mit make sense. It the job wad too small tje salesperson should have said so, not make up a silly too high price. I intend to make my church aware to never contact this company. I am a pastoral councelor at a 4,500 member church. Morning Star Baptist

The price was well beyond my budget.
I had a maximum of $5000 that I was willing (and able) to spend. I could not get a ballpark figure from anyone over the phone so I was really sorry I wasted your estimator's time and effort to come to Cheyenne to give me an estimate. If the people on the phone had been able to tell me it could be anywhere from $8000 to $15000 I could have saved everyone the time and the effort.
The quote was more than 3 times of other companies..
I have not heard from your representative since he was here on Monday the 2nd of March.

Too pushy. Too many calls, texts, showed up after I tried to cancel. Asked if my husband would be there. That question sounded like men are more likely to get a reasonable price, women are easy targets.

Jeff Fortuna measured our windows but spent no time telling us exactly what you do in replacing the windows. And he apparently does not know the products you sell. When I replied to the estimate with it was close to Renewal by Andersen and we would go with them, he replied that Renewal is just an insert. Renewal is Andersen's custom window company, definitely more than just an insert.
Our appointment was scheduled at 1:00 pm, the rep contacted me at 12:50 or 12:55 and wanted to do a zoom mtg, he asked if I could take pictures and he would quote me from that. I explained that I wouldn’t be able to do the meeting at that time. He was booked up for the rest of the day, which would have been done through zoom as well. Also asked if I was preparing my home for sale, I said ..no. Then if there were other contractors, I could not understand the point in asking those questions. For those reasons, I will no longer require your services. Please do not contact me again. Thank you.
Were looking for wood products which you do not have. Sales rep was very nice and likable and did a good job though.
