Aaron Baker was totally professional showed great character and I was extremely impressed that he showed up even before the scheduled time through bad weather. Right now because of his representation, the company is the leading candidate for me to continue business with at this time.

The gentleman who came out to see us Tuesday night was supposed to call us on Wednesday morning with the price of the countertops, and he still hasn't called. At this rate, if this is how you all treat customers,, we wouldn't be interested in dealing with your company. When someone tells me that they are going to call, I don't take my morning pain medication so I don't go back to sleep. So Wednesday wasn't a very comfortable morning for me. I finally took my pills at noon and he still didn't call. It's now two days later, and still no phone call. I will not work with a company that doesn't fulfill their promises to me. And your company has failed me. Thank you.

Price and upselling
Price is expensive compared to other bids.
Your sales person was ok. But did not have a sample of the product and didn't have a brochure he could leave with us.
When we visited your office, we had difficulty in finding the location due to the lack of signage that could be seen from the road and we found a complete disorganized situation without any window samples.
The place looked like a storage area that had been hit by a tornado and not a sales office. And lastly, when your sales person went to get us a brochure, one could not be found.
Your ?office? gave the appearance of a very haphazard, barely functioning operation.
The low rating you have on the Maryland Better Business Bureau reflects what we saw.
Angies list should not have recommended you and they will be so advised.

I was contacted regarding solar installation. But I do not see that on your website. Also ratings for your comapny by other customers are very low. Seems to be a problem in dealing politely and respectfully with customer cncerns.
My window was quoted as double hung. I have casement windows in my condo. I even sent the list of condo window specifications approved by the board to the sales guy. Never heard back from him. Waste of my time.
Your quotes are consistently way too high. On the most recent project I was quoted $2500 by you and $1030 and $1808. On a previous project your quote was approximately $7500 while all other quotes (about 5 different companies) were all under $6000.
The sales man was great. I acquired a much lower estimate. I would have used this company and only contacted you because I could not find them. I found them and the estimate was over $1k lower and I've used them before. thank you
I tried to set an appointment for estimates 3 times. First time was cancelled due to weater, which is very understandable. 2nd appointment was cancelled and no one informed me. I sat waiting for some one to show up. I called and was told the person who was to come out cancelled my appointment. 3rd time I asked for a Monday appointment and the appointment was schedule for Tuesday when I am not available. I gave up and called another company.
They have worked with my homeowners association before and they have the products that I’m looking for. Additionally, Joshua, my service rep, is also quite helpful.
The handy was rude, mislead, very short. And the females in the office laughed and hung up in my face. Your company is very unprofessional and I will never render service again from you!

I asked for a quote, to replace 3 sheets of T111 on my shed & the quote was $3000. Really? I replied to him & said that I couldn’t believe it would cost that much. Never got a reply. That’s not good business.

Extremely expense. Low end of the quote is 5 times what our other quotes are.
Tom was GREAT! the price had ALOT to do with not going forward. Your product is awesome it is just that we are first time home owners and just don't have that kind of money for that project.

The customer service is outstanding! I love the professionalism of everyone with whom I have had contact. They make me feel appreciated as customer and they are very patient when it comes to answering questions.
It was a waste of time. Home Advisors came and made the repair within an hour. Looks brand new. Made recommendations for maintenance and what type of products to look for if wanting to replace or upgrade
Beltway builders sent a gentleman out on Wednesday to give me an estimate and as of today I have not received the estimate. If you cannot get me an estimate in a reasonable amount of time I doubt you could complete the job in a timely manner.
