COST WAY TO MUCH!!!!
Too pushy. Too many calls, texts, showed up after I tried to cancel. Asked if my husband would be there. That question sounded like men are more likely to get a reasonable price, women are easy targets.
Quality products. Knowledgeable staff.

Jeff Fortuna measured our windows but spent no time telling us exactly what you do in replacing the windows. And he apparently does not know the products you sell. When I replied to the estimate with it was close to Renewal by Andersen and we would go with them, he replied that Renewal is just an insert. Renewal is Andersen's custom window company, definitely more than just an insert.
Our appointment was scheduled at 1:00 pm, the rep contacted me at 12:50 or 12:55 and wanted to do a zoom mtg, he asked if I could take pictures and he would quote me from that. I explained that I wouldn’t be able to do the meeting at that time. He was booked up for the rest of the day, which would have been done through zoom as well. Also asked if I was preparing my home for sale, I said ..no. Then if there were other contractors, I could not understand the point in asking those questions. For those reasons, I will no longer require your services. Please do not contact me again. Thank you.
Were looking for wood products which you do not have. Sales rep was very nice and likable and did a good job though.
Beltway builders sent a gentleman out on Wednesday to give me an estimate and as of today I have not received the estimate. If you cannot get me an estimate in a reasonable amount of time I doubt you could complete the job in a timely manner.

Aaron Baker was totally professional showed great character and I was extremely impressed that he showed up even before the scheduled time through bad weather. Right now because of his representation, the company is the leading candidate for me to continue business with at this time.

The gentleman who came out to see us Tuesday night was supposed to call us on Wednesday morning with the price of the countertops, and he still hasn't called. At this rate, if this is how you all treat customers,, we wouldn't be interested in dealing with your company. When someone tells me that they are going to call, I don't take my morning pain medication so I don't go back to sleep. So Wednesday wasn't a very comfortable morning for me. I finally took my pills at noon and he still didn't call. It's now two days later, and still no phone call. I will not work with a company that doesn't fulfill their promises to me. And your company has failed me. Thank you.

Price is expensive compared to other bids.
Your sales person was ok. But did not have a sample of the product and didn't have a brochure he could leave with us.
When we visited your office, we had difficulty in finding the location due to the lack of signage that could be seen from the road and we found a complete disorganized situation without any window samples.
The place looked like a storage area that had been hit by a tornado and not a sales office. And lastly, when your sales person went to get us a brochure, one could not be found.
Your ?office? gave the appearance of a very haphazard, barely functioning operation.
The low rating you have on the Maryland Better Business Bureau reflects what we saw.
Angies list should not have recommended you and they will be so advised.

I was contacted regarding solar installation. But I do not see that on your website. Also ratings for your comapny by other customers are very low. Seems to be a problem in dealing politely and respectfully with customer cncerns.
