My appointment had to be cancelled due to weather and has not been rescheduled. I sent photos of the affected areas that need work as requested but haven't gotten an estimate yet.

I didn't realize that Bordner didn't do small jobs. I can't afford a total make-over. Didn't realize you just sold one type of product for surfaces. Didn't expect the sales presentation would take so long.

We don't know anything about the products, however the service so far has been good.
Nobody showed for the appointment.
So far, I am pleased with the work being done. The service has been excellent. The crew gets here on time and they make sure cleanup is done before they leave. The work is done neatly and thoroughly.

I believe the estimate was too high so I will pass. the person was knowledgable and polite. It is simply a price issue.
Price for small paint job was too high. If the job was too small just say it dont over bib and waste my time and his!

Too expensive not what I wanted

So another contractor came out and pointed out that there might be damage to the siding from the collapsing deck and said that he might need to cover any holes to prevent water getting in. We felt that was something that shouldn't have been missed by the first contractor. In addition, the contractor's estimate was more than a thousand dollars less than your estimate. The contractor we went with also had great reviews on Nextdoor.
