I am basing this info on the most recent visit. We have done business with you previously and liked the work done. This time is was quite different. The representative came in and I let him know what I would like. He went to the first closet and took a pic/measurements, I am assuming. I too him to the second, He said looks the same, did not take any pics/measurement - whatever. I told him the first was smaller. He made a snarly response. Told me the price was $750. I advised him I had advised him I had 2 other competitor prices less than his. He said I had better take is. Went out the door with no goodbye or thank you for inquiring with your company. NOT a pleasant experience, for sure.

Quoted cost almost double
Very pricey. While I presume that your very good at what you do, and your representative s was very professional and helpful, I was taken aback by the cost of the services. The cost of clean up and removing debris threw me off inasmuch as you're using my water which pretty much has to stay here and I don't expect to have pieces of my deck and siding laying around after you finish. If the cost had been more acceptable,I was considering you're company for concrete work.While it's still not out of the question, I'm a little hesitant.
So far price is good! Would like it a little better. However, gentleman did not leave a card, and am still waiting for written estimate.
Yes the price that was given to me was totally insane. I was offered $1850.00 and being a disabled veteran and then it was dropped to $1500. I got the job totally done for less than 1 /3 of latest offer.

The project manager was knowledgeable, helpful and I received a detailed estimate. I picked Allied Restoration due to the quote.
The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. I had my plumber (BGE) checked my bathrooms for leaks and they do not have the same. The leak is a masonry problem. However, I received a lower quote from another company.
Decided to wait
George gave an excellent presentation of your products and services. However, the price of the tub replacement (even with discounts) was far above what I've budgeted. Although I understand that the materials and workmanship are top quality, I will not be able to engage your company simply because I cannot afford the package.
George explained that the average price for a tub to shower conversion (~$5,000) found on-line did not include new plumbing and wall replacement or working above the 3rd floor or the best quality materials. I suppose I'll have to settle for a liner placed over the existing tile if I'm to stay within my budget.

No one showed or called to canceled
Showed up 1.5 hours after the requested appointment time only to blame the traffic on 95. Last I checked GPS accounts for traffic delays, especially excessive delays. His quote of 11K wasn't even in the ballpark of the next highest contractor bid of 8K for the same work.
The price was too high.
