Proven high quality products and service
The quote was entirely too expensive for what needs to be done. 5 pieces of drywall,(studs are there already) 10x8 room paint and floor molding for $3700 is outrageous!
Will have more to say after talking to Glenn again today.

I got 6 quotes for my tub to shower conversion and you were BY FAR the most expensive. You were more expensive than real granite. My other 3 of similar solid surface groutless were in the 6000 to 8000 range. My quote from you was between 14000 and 15000.

Quick response to my request for an estimate for some minor drywall work. Didn’t realize how expensive such work would be!
I'm sure you do quality work. I just got a better price from another company I think will do a good job.
Few thing wrong here. 1. Literally every other company beat your price. 2. I had the plans laid out and your lovely salesmen tried to redo it how they felt it should be. I was well prepared and unable to be taken advantage of. 3. When I asked them to leave it took a lot of time for them to remove themselves from my property.
Sales person did a good job. HoweverWe found a better source for the specific needs we had.
Joshua was great - but the price was a lot higher than what we were given in the showroom.
I was supposed to get an estimate and it was never sent. That was a waste of my time. If the person was not interested then he should have said so. I don't wanna think it was a racist experience but now I am questioning your companies work ethic. I don't see any other emails from this email address with an estimate and he hardly wrote anything down.
I was very impressed with the technology. Even though I'd seen videos, seeing it in person really is impressive. Gabriel had lots of information, and seemed very straight forward, and was willing to talk through everything and answer questions. The quote was also less than I expected. All of our questions were answered. I appreciate the approach of Leafless in Seattle.
Staff (admin and sales) follow up, friendly, professional and informative.
Would have been nice to see samples of product for review and explain of what would be done on project.
I had to ask questions and not sure if I asked all that was needed. I have more questions about the project of building my deck.

No one showed up for consultation after reminder text to me the day of. No one contacted me. I had to text and call. They ran 1 1/2 hour with last consult. Right.
Meticulous estimate
All the service and demonstration of product was great, just need a better pricing and will consider purchasing if the price would’ve been 15-20% lower.

Something specific? Never recieved a quote... Kind of a problem.
I had an appointment for an estimate on this past Saturday, March 13th between 10 and 11:30 am. I received a text at approximately 9:50 am to confirm the appointment. I text back yes I will be here at 10:08 am. At 11:50am I called and no one answered. I then called and left a message. This why I could never recommend this company.
