Over priced
Overpriced! Want to replace cladding around two garage doors and they quoted me $1400.
I rejected their bid and he came back with a price of $850.
As mentioned to your sales rep, we prefer your company to the others we’ve talked to, but your proposal is considerably more expensive than those of competitors. We may yet return to you, but it is unlikely.

Yes time is everything respect it .If a appointment is made for Pacific time then it would be nice if that particular time was honored. When you say there’s a window that don’t mean one or two hours later . Some companies do that in this case yours just stated you double booked . I stated to you all days ahead of time That I need it the time to be accurate when you state that you were coming I had some wiggle room but then to get a call and say they double booked when did you realize that you were double booked because I took off that day and my husband took a half a day . We are very serious about having a few things done in the house like remodeling our bathroom and kitchen and then the basement. If we don’t start off on a good note that bothers my mental.
I had a tankless hot water system installed on Thursday 2/4/21. The first indication of issues was the installer telling me he only replaces the bottom plate of the utility closet "if it's dry rotted" and mine wasn't despite one leg of the old tank system having fallen through the floor. When I pointed out my work order said that it would be replaced, I was told to tell the office and they would send someone else out to do that because he didn't do that. The second indication was that he asked me to check the temperature and let him know if it needed adjustment. I went to the kitchen, turned on the faucet and ran the hot water. It flowed fine and heated up quickly, but didn't get much hotter than skin temperature. I told him it was not nearly hot enough and he argued with me saying that the unit was set for 120 degrees to avoid scalding and the machine couldn't go hotter. I told him that wouldn't be acceptable that the water in the kitchen was hotish, but I would like it to actually BE hot. I told him if this was a limitation on the equipment, I would call the office and have them replace it. He said no, then pulled the front panel off the machine, and set the temperature for 135, and he closed up and left. Then the same guy shows up the next day(Friday) to finish the installation including the floor plate, and did whatever he else he was doing and left. When I tried to wash dishes the next day(Sat), there was no water pressure in the hot water at the sink, it just trickled, and it never got even mildly warm. I called Julian and he sent the guy by on a Saturday, but the guy was not in his truck and was unprepared to really do anything. He told me that the sink faucet wasn't pulling enough hot water to turn on the tankless, and there wasn't anything he could do to fix it that - it was the faucet, and that I'd have to run the shower to get hot water in the kitchen. When I expressed astonishment, he said he would come by on Monday and see if there was something that he could do. This is a bit disconcerting given that on Thursday, when I checked the hot water for temperature, the pressure was fine and the tankless came on and heated water just fine. So I tried to use the hot water in the kitchen by turning on the hot water in the shower (the pressure in the shower was fine), and the hot water in the kitchen got warm, but never really heated up and still only trickled out. Later in the day, I tried to take a shower, and the hot water would come on for about 2 minutes, then go cold. I stepped out of the shower leaving the water on, and a couple minutes later the hot water started again, so I tried to finish my shower but had to step out of the shower and wait a couple more times to finish. This is not working!
I know a bunch of people with tankless systems and they never had any such problems. Their systems worked just fine right off, they didn't have any issues with temperature, nor did they have pressure problems after installation. This just shouldn't be this hard, especially with the amount of money you are asking me to pay. I wish now I'd just stayed with a tank system and been done with it. I need this corrected or replaced with a working system - maybe just a good tank system so I can reliably have hot water!!! This is unacceptable!

Insurance adjuster dealing with the insurance claim on my behalf.
The estimate was not for the type of fence I requested and not all the features I requested were in the estimate either. Also, the estimate was 2K higher than the highest estimate of those I've gotten from 5 other contractors.
Well, so far we are at the estimate step and George was so professional and courteous, very respectful. I would not only recommend him, he will be the first I would call for any other project I might have. And trust me I will.

I was very disappointed with the technician that visited my home. He did not have a mask on and proceeded to enter my home without one. I finally gave him one. He was suppose to get back with me via email for the estimate. He called me on the with the price. The price that was quoted to me for one sliding door was more then the two sliding doors that purchased from your company back in 2019. I quote was over $1,000 for one door?
