We were quoted for replacing a window and repairing 3 windows. We had requested the bid to be broken down WITH cost for each. We got a quote for over $4000. Pretty hefty. So how much for just the window? How much for the install of window? How much for window repairs? We cannot consider going forward without this information,

They never showed
Jeff was very honest and thorough. Because of our exterior, he did recommend that we do not do full window replacement. We appreciate this transparency. (Unfortunately, we were told when in the showroom that you do install on a dryvit house, and that it be inspected by a dryvit contractor, so that answer to our question may have been a bit misleading.) We are now with the understanding that we would have to hire a dryvit contractor to actually finish your install.
As an alternative, Jeff suggests we look at Andersen conversion kits. We have to give this some more thought and research since we had not heard of them.
Are they on display in your showroom so we could learn more and actually see them before making such a huge decision?
False advertisement on they said that they could help and all they want to do is make lots of money
Estimator was unable to answer our questions . Said he was an estimator not a mechanic. I would think an estimator should be knowledgeable enough to advise as to what repairs need to be done.
The valuation and estimate for services was extremely high. The costs of the services, equipment and related material was unreasonable and not afordable for the job and amount of work required to replace a jet tub. As an example the quote of amost $ 10,000.00 for the tub alone was five times the value of the item.
I was hoping for a written estimate with info on it like how long the french drain is and what type of stone and what type of cloth is used to prevent clogging the unit. The verbal estimate was $5000 and for that kind of cost I was wanting a little detail, unless I was quoted an unreasonable amount just to blow me off.
Yes the sales rep was unprepared in his presentation. After he spent 2 hours in his car trying to put the estimate together he told me he was having an issue with his computer. It then took 1 week and 3 phone calls to get him to email the quote. Why?? When I finally received the quote nothing was broken down in the pricing for the rooms. It was all one price. What if I only wanted to do 1 room. I cannot see giving you my down payment to start the work and having to beg to get the job done. Very POOR customer service. Very disappointing

We have had work done by Beltway Builders before and were pleased with the results. I have not gotten the estimate yet for this job. When will it come?

I was told I'd get a quote in 15 minutes and two days later nothing. Not off to a good start.
