I would never recommend beltway builders

I waited in my home from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. My appointment was for 1:00-2:30 pm. I called twice to determine if anyone was coming and left a message on the message machine. At 4:00 I got a call explaining that the employee had my appointment time wrong. He asked if he could come then. I was glad someone finally called so I could leave my condo and run crucial errands. I never wish to waste 3 hours of my time for a 15 minute estimate of cost to stretch my carpet. Time is money, so I expect no further contact from your company.

We found your pricing to be very expensive as compared to other window and door companies. The same windows were quoted by another company and the price came in roughly $7,000 lower.

Secondly, your representative, Ryan Velky, simply did not seem very interested in working with us on a revised quote. We asked what options there might be - lower-priced windows, perhaps, or other approaches - and he offered nothing other than removing the painting.

Our impression is that you only want to work with builders and "big ticket" homeowners and you are not interested in our business. So, we lost interest in doing business with you.

We were looking for a place to work with as we may look at window replacements as well at some point but certainly not with this pricing

We have found companies who employ their own team for installation, with great customer reviews, with quality products. That is the type of company we want to work with. Not at this price, however.

Phil is the best. Woodland is very professional and their attention to detail is unmatched.

I have to keep saying this job was cancelled at least 4 times. Phone calls emails.i said I would call when the job is back on also I requested a picture of person coming to my home before they're their. That they also have shoe covers

Your salesman was late and I canceled because the same issue happened 4 years ago. Glenn didn't call until he was already late.

I had an appointment for Thursday between the hours of 2:30 and 4:00 the contractor called and said he was running late and could I wait a little longer I agreed to wait approximately 40 minutes later I called him ,he said he was in traffic so I asked him could he come the next day he said yes there was no specific time frame and he would call before coming ,I waited most of the day and never received a call so as of right now I'm very disappointed and not sure if I should use ur services

Paying the entire cost of the project
less $300 BEFORE any work is done (deposit & at start of start date due of total $1.3K) is unacceptable. Coupled with, there is no mention of a projected schedule timeline (e.g., work to comence within "x" days of deposit received or the duration of the project is "x" hours or days) in the contract...

Your pricing is competitive but your contracts T/C = too many red flags for me.
