You service rep failed to knock on the door for our scheduled meeting. We played phone tag back and forth with messages left to call back after the meeting had been confirmed.
I already felt pressured from my situation the gentleman that came just put more pressure on us from his conversation I was not happy
Punctuality.
What is the status of my estimate?
I just got a estimate; I haven’t used any of your products yet. The cost of the estimate was high; and I need to sack away some more money for the Roofing Project.
Different reps quoting different prices for possible work done. Quotes much higher then other companies doing the same work.
Seemed like honest salesmen.

The professional manner of the rep
The salesperson was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and took his time to explain things to me. I highly recommend Grayboyes Window and Door's.
Very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. Mike was not pushy. He explained what we needed and we told him what we wanted and we negotiated.

I received your information from Angie’s list I spoke to you guys about a painting job someone came to my house to give me an estimate he said he would call me the next day I have not heard from you guys it’s been weeks it’s like I was just completely forgotten I found this behavior to be very unprofessional
When I spoke with a team rep receptionist, I asked if Beltway Builders conducts air duct cleaning (1st priority) and they said and went ahead an scheduled the appointment.
Upon arrival, I asked the field tech if they do air duct cleaning and they said no.
The appt wasted everyone's time altogether.
I have been waiting 2 weeks for an Estimate. I have spoke with Dave Friaa several times and all he tells me is that I will have my estimates this evening. I've heard this same thing talking to him 3 different times and I never receive the estimates from him or the company.
My husband and I are impressed by the expertise and superb customer service of your employees, not to mention the beautiful quality of the items we have selected.
I never got the quote for cost. Phone calls were not returned. Overall bad business practices.
