way too expensive for me
Price
There are a lot of companies out there that use the same companies for doors, such as ProVia, Marvin, etc, but what sets one apart from the other, in my opinion, is customer service, the way you treat perspective customers. I use to think that Woodlands stood out in this area, but the sales team doesn’t seem to understand that first impressions matter.
You answered a call for a minor handyman fix and tried to sell a major renovation. Your rep didn’t even look at the problem but immediately started calculating g the cost of taking down and replacing a whole wall when all that was needed was a minor adjustment. Turns out the problem was fixed by my cleaning g lady who, not knowing the door was off the tracks, just gave it a quick shove to try to close it.
If your rep had any experience or ethics he’d have done the same. I’ll never recommend your company to anyone for anything.

Price mostly. The salesman was friendly and outgoing, but the price was much higher than other places we looked at with no indication as to what more we would be getting for that price

The estimate was over our price point. Bill was absolutely professional. He was informative and prompt. Would love to work with you if my situation changes

Great Marvin products. Neat, expert installation. Integrity of the company and employees.

So far my only interaction has been with Beth Murch. She was pleasant and professional, and seems to really know her "stuff."

Each time we have done a major project the team has responded to our needs quickly. Even though there is a substantial waiting time between order and installation, the final result makes everything worthwhile.
