Great Customer Service
They are great people to work with, always makes sure if we are not happy with something they make it right.
I have really appreciated the level of professionalism as well as attention to detail from Service Master. During a time when careful thought to deep cleaning is vital, Service Master has taken care of our school building along with our custodial staff and gave us peace of mind that our workplace is clean.
Service Master is always very willing to meet our needs and keep our facilities clean. Mr. Shevlin is very easy to work with and is dedicated to providing an excellent service to our school system.
I appreciate that if we ever have a concern it is taken care of immediately.

I am getting cleaner buildings than we were with our own crew. After a short break-in period, ServiceMaster has smoothed out the rough patches and I get very few complaints. You are easy to work with on the little things that occasionally get overlooked.
Hardworking individuals. Overall do a very good job in cleaning. Pleasant people from management to employees. I would recommend them.

Response Time.
I think you are working on the things that could be improved, with the establishment of teams to ensure quality control.
Here and there things get missed, like refilling toilet paper & soap dispensers, so we just refill them if that happens. And when a new crewmember starts, we sometimes run in to issues with the wrong breakers getting flipped when turning off lights.
Overall, there are no major problems, and we know it's a large & confusing building, so we're happy to show them grace.
Everyone I've interacted with at your company is very friendly and easy to work with. Also,any time I mention something forgotten or missed, you jump on fixing it immediately, which we definitely appreciate!

Please speak with the oner about our dissatisfaction. She is very well aware of the numerous times that crews had to be sent out to complete the proper level of cleanings that were committed to.
Recently, our ServiceMaster cleaners cleaned out blinds and they look amazing! I love walking into our office after it has been cleaned.
