Have a supervisor stop in to talk to me and inspect the cleaning.

We are so impressed with how clean and fresh our entire new space is. We love working with Service Master, Brodie has made it so easy to get everything set up!

There were improvements to facilities on the Terminal that were made this pass year. Hopefully, that supports your effort to maintain the general cleaning from week to week. I also understand in your business, there is turnover in personnel & it takes time to get everyone up to speed in what must be covered on a job site. It's been 18 months and while inspections & communicate has improved, we are not where I believe we need to be. However, along with the upgrading & with our commitment to building our relationship I believe we'll get to where we need to be.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the carpet shampooing is excellent!
They are pleasant, easy with which to deal, and do a good job!
The office staff are great and the by's are awesome!

my office is cleaned with one thing of water, and not much cleaners in it
The service from the ladies in the office is excellent! They definitely deserve a 10. The cleaners are hit and miss though.
Service is good overall.
Occasionally there's some inconsistencies (eg: this week the microwaves weren't cleaned and the toilet paper in both bathrooms wasn't properly installed, window in main door is not clean).
But, as mentioned it is only occasional.
Overall however we are satisfied.

Always willing to help in emergencies and does what we need with our cleaning.
We have not been pleased with our service but things are beginning to improve.

Easy to work with, very nice people. The manager checks in a lot to make sure there are no issues and a Pleasure to work with.
Needed our carpets cleaned. They scheduled it, then cancelled it and promised they would reach out and reschedule but never heard from them again
Train employees to be more observant of simple things that need cleaned...like around the drains in the sinks, dusting, fingerprints on windows, moving things to sweep behind them. It is not the obvious that they miss, but the small things that make a difference.
Zero communication from company or individual.
Does not let us know when runs out of supplies.
Questionable cleaning, as some areas seem to never get touched.
We like the fact that you are dependable and come in the middle of the night after we are finished with our meetings.
