Nice guy, but he spent a lot of time on the phone and not cleaning my couch. Not sure if he needed to take lots of breaks for the chemicals or to let it soak but it was odd. And not one stain came out. The couch looked exactly the same after he was done cleaning it. I’m not really sure what I paid for.

1st tech did not do a thorough job so another one came back this week. He made improvements and also took pictures. I texted him 2 pictures that I took of what I vacuumed up the day before he came and just 2-3 days after the initial carpet cleaning. We were intending to use your company for duct cleaning as well but we will not be doing that after our experience.

I liked that there was communication throughout the process. The technician, Derek, called about 20 mins before arrival. He was very professional and efficient. I also appreciated the promo discount I was given on my first cleaning. That was helpful. Our carpet looked much better afterwards, and the house did not smell like chemicals. We were very pleased with the service we received.

This is the 2nd time I've used this service and it did not disappoint! They do such a fabulous job. It's quick, affordable, and you can schedule pretty much last minute! I will never use anyone else for carpet cleaning ever again!
