The service and product is great but the customer service experience was fantastic. It is service that keeps customers coming back and because of that, we will be repeat customers in the future. Truly a great experience!
Our technician did a great job communicating what he planned to do and how well he thought it would work and he indicated some stains might not come out, but to my pleasant surprise, all stains came out and the carpets look great. It also dried in the time he suggested (it was definitely dry by the late afternoon before our kids got home from school. Thanks for a job well done.

Price is alittle high compared to other like companys. Not enough that it would keep me from using again, especially after the service.
Patrick and Jeff were very professional and friendly. They did a super, great job on my carpets (even got those awful black marks off the edges) and my furniture looks almost new again. I, really, couldn't be happier. One of my chairs needed a little bit more "spit shine" so Jeff came back and redid the entire chair. That was unnecessary as far as I could see, but I could tell he was happier to redo it. I would use this company, again, in a heartbeat. In fact, I'm scheduling them to come back to clean 2 more chairs and an ottoman! Oh, they also gave me a sample of the used water from my cleaning. Yuck, I should do this more often!
Eric was very friendly and explained every step of the process. The carpets looked cleaner than they ever have with any other competitor that we have used. We are anxious to see how long they stay this way!
The fact that you don't use chemicals. I have cats in our home and feel better about using Zerorez for my carpet cleaning.

We have already re-scheduled for next Friday due to your technician failing to move even the coffe table in front of the couch to clean under it. Most disappointed with this approach to cleaning carpets. ALL heavy furniture was moved before he arrived and couches and chairs can easily be moved by one person. I have photos to show how he found the furniture when he arrived and it was in same spot when he left and carpet was dry under it.

Nathaniel gave a good explanation of my treatment choices & understood my choice, did not get 'pushy' which I greatly appreciated. He was very professional & careful. I was very impressed that the carpet was not wet when he finished & smelled fresh & looked clean too. I do plan to repeat the cleaning regularly to deal with pet accidents. Bad cats!!

Zerorez had to come back to my house to clean underneath the sofa which was missed the first time but they were very willing to return and do the cleaning at no charge.
The young men who were sent to my home last Friday were efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They are great representatives for your company and I will definitely use your services again. I also would request Nathaniel and his partner again. I especially appreciated being apprised of the men's arrival time. Oh and my carpet looks great.

The man who came out to clean was very knowledgeable and nice but I was a little disappointed that a lot of the spots that I showed him did not come out.

Carpets looked great and I like that my babies won't be exposed to chemicals.
i still have the pet urine smell. while other carpet cleaners use chemicals it must be the chemicals that help mask/kill the odor. so as long as others don't have pets i would change the 5 to a 10. the guy that did the cleaning was great and the carpets look great
