I liked the fact that the carpet was cleaned without chemicals and yet the finished product is clean and has a nice, thick feel to the it again.

Tech was great! On time, friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaning results were subpar and in the past we have gotten far better cleaning results with competitors. We will now have to pay to have it cleaned again, and that wasn't something we were anticipating having to do.

The technicians were vey friendly and professional and explained everything very thoroughly . I would definitely use you again! We are going to be moving and they were quick to suggest calling ZeroreZ if we need our carpets cleaned at the new house. Thank you so much for great service!

The service technician was great and very professional. The reason I didn't give a 10 is that he was unable to completely clean the carpet brown discoloration from the water. He said he would call to come back to treat it with something at a later date but hasn't happened yet.

The technician was fabulous, the carpets look great and the dry time was better than steam clean. VERY PLEASED. ZeroREZ is the best carpet cleaning service I have used and will be a repeat customer. AWESOME.

Setting up a time online was very convenient. The service was on time as scheduled. The only suggestion I have is to go over pricing up front to know exactly what the end price will be after room size is factored in to pricing.

I think you should rephrase the question to read: Is there Anything you don't like about our products and services. :) Had a great coach in Nathaniel last Friday! he explained how the system works, told me how long it should take after examining all the carpets to be cleaned and then finished in under the allotted time. Great experience. Am talking you up!

Your guys were awesome and very professional! Nathaniel was training a new(er) employee and was very thorough in doing so. They were both very professional, upfront, and honest guys.

The carpets are greatly improved from what they were prior to the services. The only recommendation I would have is to consider not telling customers their carpets won't be stiff and a little crispy after the cleaning. Ours are pretty stiff once they dried, much like they would be after a soap based carpet cleaner service. I don't know if anything can be done about this or not but I at least wanted to mention it. Again, this should not reflect on the device level of your guys as I wish all people I let into my home to provide services were as professionally and friendly as Nathaniel and his trainee.

I like that none of your products are harmful to us or our pets. The technician was polite, professional, thorough and respectful of my property.

Was very easy to set up an appointment. Allie was terrific! Very friendly, efficient and flexible when I had to change the appointment day and time. Nathanial was our technician. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Carpet was basically dry right away so my kids, etc could walk around right after service. Extremely nice service provider that was very professional. Offered a free service. Service removed quite a few of the set in stains.

The carpets had light streaks and spots & did not look like we expected after being cleaned. However, Zerorez is back at the house today recleaning the carpeting. Hopefully this will take care of the problem - but with this being our initial experience with your company, I would hesitate to recommend you to someone else. The technician was a wonderful young man, and I appreciate how quickly you have responded to the problem - so I may rethink my position. Thanks

Carpet are very clean. Jeff Gregory was nice, detail oriented and thorough.

Patrick worked very hard, took his time to get everything clean. Then made sure I looked at it before he left.

The fact that you do not use soap and shampoo that leave a film on the carpet. I am so pleased with how clean the carpet looks. The service men were very friendly and helpful.

The technician, Jeff (I think) was really personable. My wife said next time she will specifically ask for him. The carpet is once again soft like when it was new.

I was comfortable with Don, the tech that came to my house. Very kind man. I appreciated the fact that he covered his shoes before coming in my home and put down protective covers on hallway where he brought in equipment. He also used corner guards to protect the woodwork in our home. After cleaning there was no yucky soapy smell. There was no smell at all that I noticed. The floors really looked great and they dried quickly!

The process eliminated some pretty set in stains and did not leave the carpet crunchy. The Dillon used had a pleasant citrus smell. The technician Jeff was extremely nice and explained the entire process.

Cleaning was thorough, listened to my concerns, and you came when you said you would come. I also like the crew is not overworked or too tired to do my carpet.
