Your team did an excellent job, not to mention the difference it made on my carpet. The stains are lifted, and I could visibly see the dirt to clean line. It was significant!

Most carpet cleaning companies move the furniture and clean underneath it. I would have preferred it if they had cleaned under the couch. Other than that, the carpet looks great.

I thought the cleaning products used were very effective and I love the less toxic approach. I really liked the technicians, Jake and Jeff, and felt very comfortable having them in my home for several hours. They worked diligently to restore my carpet and couch to a like-new condition, and asked me several questions regarding stain origins, etc. They asked me several times to check their work as they progressed through the house. My carpet, couch, and rugs look amazing, dried beautifully, and most importantly, my house smelled like fresh air when they finished. No chemical smell at all! I had no qualms about my family and pets re-entering the house because I knew I had not introduced anything toxic into our home.

We have tried cleaning the carpet ourselves and we have had other carpet services in with little success. I don't know how your guys did it but our carpet looks great. They were extremely polite and professional.
Nate and Josh cleaned our old carpets and old vinyl kitchen floor, and now they look like new!! I didn't even know that was possible! They were great to work with, very knowledgeable and informative, something I have never had before with our previous carpet cleaners. The products are obviously superior, and the 2 guys are too!! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends.
