I liked the non-use of chemicals. The service tech was very informative and did a great job.
Jeff, who did the cleaning, and Tara, in the office, were both very friendly and helpful. Jeff told me exactly what he would be doing before he did anything. I had some stains that he said he may not be able to get up and he was right; however, they do look better. He did an excellent job with what he had to work with. He was very careful around the furniture, and he left everything just as he found it. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner. I will definitely use them again; especially when we replace our current carpet.
Corey who came out was very nice and knowledgeable. Very helpful with questions and was overall very nice. The carpet looks a million times better and we have already recommend the company to family and friends. We will definitely use this company again.

The young man who cleaned our carpet is named Nathanial. He introduced himself to us upon entering the home, petted our old dog, then preceded to explain the zerorez process, and began working. This is 27 year old carpet with a visible traffic pattern. It looks fabulous! We are very pleased with Nathanial and Zerorez.
Everything was great; including scheduling the appointment, the notice that the technician was on his way, showing up on time, moving and replacing furniture so that all areas were cleaned, leaving a bottle of spot treater, and even the checkout/payment process was seamless. I recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning.

Zerorez employees were so professional. They called when en route and arrived earlier than I expected. They explained everything they were going to do & even helped me move last minute furniture. I will definitely be cleaning my carpets more often knowing I can depend on Zerorez!!

That they're not harsh chemicals

I wasn't available during the cleaning visit. We were charged for an extra room, that I feel was a little over charged as one of the rooms had a bed in it that took up most of the room size, very little carpet was cleaned for that room. The floor was still wet when I got home at 6:00, turned on all the fans, turned up the heat a little, finally by the next morning the carpet was mostly dry so we could move furniture back to its normal location.
Not sure that I can recommend Zerorez. I heard about it on WFMS, thought we would try it.

I like that there was no smell of Chemicals after the cleaning. I was glad that no carpet rake was used after cleaning. Nathaniel was very pleasant to talk to!
I thought I was a pretty clean person, but I was amazed at how the carpets looked after Zerorez cleaned them. I love the vacuum thing that sucked up all the hidden hairballs and dust bunnies that was by far my favorite part. I am definitely having Zerorez back out to clean the rest.
This would be a 10 but the wording on your web site is very misleading when it comes to sealing a hard surface floor that has been cleaned. Your web site description of your hard surface cleaning insinuates that sealing will be done once the surface is cleaned. It does not mention, nor did your telephone representative ever mention that the sealing would be an extra charge (which was basically double the cost of the hard surface cleaning). This was very upsetting to me and I believe it borderlines on being very deceptive. Your technician who cleaned my carpet and tile floors was outstanding and did a great job but it is a shame that he is the one that is left to take the brunt of my dissatisfaction with your misleading tactics. I plan on posting these same comments on social media web sites soon so I suggest that you change the wording on your web site and your customer service training and stop hiding this extra charge.

The carpet did not come clean even after he went over it twice in some spots. There were no specific problem spots, it was just traffic patterns but he couldn't get it clean.
