The cleaning works so well. It gets the deep down stains that most cleaning doesn't. They picked up pet stains in 2 rooms, now the dogs and cat no longer use it for their bathroom

Your staff was very knowledge about carpet cleaning. Their polite and courteous service pleased me very much. My carpets were fairly dirty and they explained the entire process to me. I appreciated this very much. The carpets were fresh smelling and all the stains were gone. I was concerned about the stains, but they are gone now. Even 2 weeks later, my carpets are spotless. The carpet spot cleaner, I bought is absolutely the very best spot cleaner I have used. Congratulations on providing such a wonderful and easy way to keep my carpets cleaned. I will call you again. p.s. my sister is going to call them after she saw my cleaned carpets. Sibling rivalry, I guess.
Carpets did'nt clean well, didn't relize you just used fancy water with no cleaning agents in it

I asked about wool carpet cleaning when I made appointment and when you arrived. "Yes we do clean it including pet stains was the answer. But when the job was done, the pet stains were dispersed into bigger patterns and the carpet looked dirtier than before it was cleaned. Then I was told the gray look was because that was a traffic pattern which is the reason and areas I wanted cleaned the most. A small area rug at the front door looks great! Why doesn't the entire job look that way?
The service was provided as scheduled and promised. We were informed ahead of time by Zerorez representatives of the status of the technician's arrival. The service technician (Kim) explained the process thoroughly and did an excellent job on our 5 rooms of carpet. The result was a clean soft carpet fiber, not our usual hard feeling as in the past.
I like the idea of no harsh chemicals, but my carpet took hours to dry and the odor that came off of the damp carpet gave me a horrible headache. The technician left around 2:00 p.m., and I was still covering my nose at 9:00 p.m. I'm prone to migraines and this was bad. The initial cleaning products that were sprayed on the carpets smelled great...after the actual cleaning and carpet protecting was sprayed the odor was apparent. I do like the great care your technician took to protect the corners of my walls... booties were worn once the cleaning process began, but I would have preferred they be put on from the beginning of the process... all that walking in and out of the house just brings in more dirt.

The carpet still looks clean a few days later. Spots have not returned. The technician was also both knowledgeable and friendly!

Everything was fine but I'd try not to track wet foot prints throughout the house on dry floors. Technician was nice and professional, quick and thorough.

I like that it was done in a professional manner, with respect. the gentleman that did it was very personable, he asked were there any questions and was on time. there should be more bus's out there like you. I liked that there was nothing but steam cleaning because of kids and pets

The service was nice, the technician was knowledgeable and very personable, and very prompt with appointment time. My only regrets were areas in the carpeting that remained stained. In the past more stains were removed but I guess that might be the pros and cons of a "soap substance" that zerorez does not use. I just thought it would come cleaner than it did. That's why I did not mind paying the higher rates.
