Very professional and the carpets always look great. There is never any harsh chemical odor you find with other cleaners.
The technician arrived when he said he would. Wasted no time, went right to work cleaning my carpets, left no mess behind, only beautifully clean carpet. Protected the corners of walls. Very informative technician. Answered all questions asked. Keep me informed on what he was doing. Cost was reasonable. Will call Zeroes again for any carpet or furniture cleaning.

Loved the timeliness and professional attitude of my technician Stephen. He treated me and my home with the utmost respect. He is definitely an asset to your company. The was my first time with Zerorez and was a bit skeptical about how clean you could really get my carpets without using chemicals. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely please with the outcome and will continue with Zerorez for future cleanings. Stephen was great at educating me on the process and did an awesome job. I look forward to my next cleaning service.

Zerorez did an amazing job on our carpets, and left them looking and smelling brand new! There was no crunch, no residue, or anything we didn't LOVE about the carpets when they were dry the next day.
No sticky residue left on carpets. Hoping that will keep then from soiling so quickly.

Other than an email after scheduling online, I received no other contact until about 30 minutes prior to technician arriving. I was just thankful someone showed up because I wasn't certain they would. I was also disappointed in the results. The carpet didn't look any better after it was cleaned. In fact, I think it looked worse... The only good thing about the experience was that the technician was extremely nice and polite.

Chris Gross was our technician, and he was very knowledgeable, professional and hard-working. He did a great job!! We had a few old stains from a plant that came back up, but overall the carpet looks great in all of the rooms.

Service tech was over 2 hours late and we had a 2-4p window for service. He called at 3:40p to say he was 30 min. out and did not show until after 6pm and that was with 3 calls to the office by me/

The crew was very friendly and efficient. I had given up on cleaning grout in my bathroom and it now looks NEW! I have already started "spreading the news" about how pleased it was!

I had a couple of rooms of carpet that were in pretty bad shape and the process cleaned them up very well. I would call zerorez out again in a minute!! :-)
I did recommend you to a neighbor and now that you left 2 stains in my living room I will talk with him again, show him the inadequate cleaning that was done and let him decide. this is the second time I have used your company and I am not satisfied this time AT ALL. they was someone training and if this is how your training then you have 2 technicians that are not great at their jobs.
