Did not make the appointment during the preset time and I did not receive a call telling me when he would arrive until quite late. Also, the carpet took an exceedingly long time to dry. And I was disappointed that the high-traffic areas of the carpet could not be cleaned a little bit better. I was glad that he offered to put down some kind a special final treatment and only charge me for one room.
The spotted areas are still there and very very obvious! I am hugely disappointed . I would appreciate it if someone would come out and take a look and let me know if this represents zerorez's quality

Everything cleans up so nicely and the people are very kind
I was satisfied when the technician left, but now that the carpets have fully dried there are some stains showing up again. I understand some stains cannot be fully cleaned, but I believe these can be 100% cleaned if given the extra step or two needed. This was the first time trying you as our carpet cleaner and I'm waiting to decide if I will hire you to come back to do other rooms based on how this issue is handled.

We like the use of water, not chemicals to remove soil from carpets, much safer for families with asthma and allergies!

We are basically satisfied, but we have an area about 2-3 feet across that is still wet hours after the rest is dry and the floor has raised a bit in that area--can't imagine what caused this. Also, I asked if a small rug (2' X 3') could be included in the cleaning and was told it could, but it wasn't. Additionally, we asked Zach to leave the ceiling fans on in the great room when he left, but they were off. We didn't return for a few hours after so consequently were deprived of needed drying time.
Our traffic areas came up very clean. The man that came to clean the carpets was very friendly and did a thorough job.

The technician was great. I felt like some of the stains were visible the next day when u thought they were gone. The carpet looks great overall.

The scheduling in this situation was absolutely horrific. We were offered few to no solutions by Melissa (?) the main scheduler when a problem arose. It took my husband having to call management to get anything done. When the actual cleaning took place, it was rushed and poorly done. Certainly not the Zerorez quality I have come to expect. Also, the carpet took an incredibly long time to dry - much longer than ever before.
stain removal excellent. stain spotter works wonders. Workers are courteous!
