Cleaned of carpet. Fast drying
I liked the way the rug felt when dry. The service tech were very polite did a great job. Their names were Eric and Steven.
Carpet was really clean. Technician was personable and efficient.

John, the technician, was very nice He had to come on a Sunday am as he had an equipment issue earlier that week, but it worked out fine and he did a good job
The technician was GREAT! He was very informative and pleasant to work with. My appointment was originally scheduled for a Wednesday evening. I was told the technician would arrive anytime between 4:00 and 6:00. No one showed. No one called. Very disappointing that we arranged our hectic schedules to be home at that time and was not given a phone call to inform us that they would not be there. I was able to speak to the owner and he was apologetic and offered a 20% discount and worked out a more convenient time to get a technician out. The next appointment was set for Friday between 10:00 and 12:00. The technician arrived around 11:30, so they earned some points back. Upon informing a number of friends/family about my experience they were surprised that I was not offered a greater discount. I had a sectional sofa and 2 arm chairs cleaned. I was very pleased with the armchairs, but was a little bit disappointed with the outcome of the sectional sofa. It still had a few spots that the technician said he was unable to get out as he didn't want to ruin the microfiber. To his credit, the sofa is over 10 years old. I think that in the future I will give them another shot, but feel they might be best suited for carpet cleaning.
The fact that my grandkids can play on the floor and I don't have to worry about the chemicals. Our guy was great also, and my carpet looks better than it ever has after getting them cleaned.
Johnny was friendly and thorough, did a great job. Whatever he sprayed to pretreat smelled really good!

Everything both looked clean and smelled cleaned. The technician was very professional and helpful. He pointed out some problem areas but did not strong arm us in any way to purchase anything additional although we did go ahead and have the entire areas protected. We will definitely use zerorez again and recommend it to anyone who is in need of carpet cleaning service.
Professional technician, good cleaning without toxic chemicals. Very fast service and fast dry time.
Patrick our technician did a nice job. I was though disappointed when the day of my cleaning half an hour before they could arrive, I was asked to take an evening time slot or the next day. I had taken the day off and was not pleased to then have them come three hours later. First time I had used you I will think again before I call for my next cleaning.
The service was great, and the finished product is exactly what the said it would be no residue left behind.

The pricing online does not allow you to choose area rug as an option. So, I figured 3 rooms would be the best comparison. Well, my 1 large area rug and 2 small and 1 very small were $200 vs $139-the cost of 3 rooms. Doesn't really make sence to me. I just think it was a waste for my carpets to look and feel the same after he was done.

The young man that cleaned my carpets did a wonderful job. He was Polite and courteous. Took his time on my home and make sure I was completely satisfied with his work before leaving.
