What our clients think of us!

A couple of the spots returned immediately. I had emailed & did not hear back.

Zerorez is the best carpet cleaner service in the USA and I been around 52 years,
My carpet had heavy traffic in certain places like the doorways, made my carpet 2 tone but now Zerorez made my whole carpet look new, The technician was nice and friendly.
I give Zerorez A+

Doesn't get really saturated and doesn't take long to dry.

My carpet looks 100% better. Stains that had been obvious for months have disappeared. The technician was very good at what he did. He was quiet. He arrived when he promised and worked the entire time. I had two recliners cleaned and the result was remarkable. Overall I couldn't be happier.

Amazing products and service

Love the idea of chemical free cleaning.

Technician Matt was pleasant and professional. He cared about the quality of his work, the product and the service.

Well done and good price

The products that were used removed all stains and the carpeting looked amazing. It smelled so fresh and clean and dried so fast!

Safety with kids and dogs.
No use of soap that attracts dirt.
Friendly and professional technicians.

Very thorough cleaning with no residue or stiff carpet fibers. The spot remover works great too!

It works at an affordable cost!

Don't feel it was exceptional, just ok.

Great cleaning, very nice technician, on time

The technician was very polite and the house smelled great, however I was disappointed after he left and really took a good look. I took a little oxy clean to my kitchen floor and the water was instantly filthy. So I just wasn't convinced in the deep down clean.

Consistency among technicians. While our technician was efficient, he was not as thorough as other techs we've had. Or maybe we're just spoiled by the above and beyond customer service. Again, our technician was good, but just not consistent with other experiences. It makes me think twice about referring the company since I'm not sure what their experience would be.

Service- top notch! Mike was professional and knowledgable. Very impressed with overall outcome - able to remove all stains. Exceeded my expectations! Will definitely be a repeat customer!!

No chemicals

I like the feel of the carpet after the cleaning and the professional way the technician explained the service and his work.

Our carpet looked great and didn't take as long to dry as it has with other carpet cleaning companies. Professional staff and lots of communication from Zerotez. Used a coupon I paid for on Angie's List and that was no problem for Zerorez.

very professional and my carpet looks amazing!!

Extra time spent on pet spots. Carpet was cleaner than ever before!

The way my carpet looked and felt and service man was very good

Clean. The carpet dries quickly. I know there are very few chemicals and soaps in the product. I feel like the carpet is clean without a lot of residue.

The addt'l $33 for pet treatment in one room was a waste of time. It didn't do anything. Refund requested but not granted.

Aaron was awesome! He was very professional and extremely personable. I lived the fact that he wore those paper booties over his shoes whenever he was in the house. We'll done! I will absolutely use Zerorez again and to clean my couches!!

Speed of the cleaning process, quality of the service, professionalism of the cleaning representative.

It's been a couple weeks since ZeroRez cleaned our carpets, and I am still very very happy with the outstanding results. I just wish I had done this much sooner! I will definitely call ZeroRez again - and will request Jon, who could not have been more professional.

Quality time spent in cleaning the carpeting. Friendly service from my initial call along with Chris who did the cleaning.

Green clean with no residue
