A friend years ago told me about you guys and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. Brandon was wonderful! The only think I wish I would have known (when I made my appojntment), that there was going to be a ‘water and disposal fee’. I figured anything like that would have already been included. I didn’t know about it until I looked at my emailed receipt after Brandon had even left. I figure that would have been included in the pricing.
When I called to make the appointment the day was open and I asked for late morning or early afternoon. After receiving an email that the appointment was set for 1 to 3 PM, we went to the house waiting... When I called about 3 PM they said he should be calling soon. He did call and was a half hour out. When I talked to the Tech he said he was told 3 to 6. I called the office to complain about my disappointment they did apologize and said the original Tech had a big sale and they had to get another Tech. They did apologize for no one calling me and said they all thought each other called and offered a 10% discount, but only for the services I originally ordered. Here is the thing, we moved into a new house and had the carpets cleaned before we moved in and we had the carpets cleaned in the house we moved out of. So needless to say I called another company to clean the other house and they gave me a specific time of 10:15. I did receive a text the night before that they had a slight scheduling conflict and would like to change the time to 10:45 to 11:00 and if that did not work for me they would change it back. I greatly appreciated the heads up and they arrived promptly at 11:00 with a text that they were on their way. If this were you which company would you rate better? I am also in the service industry and communication to your customer is KEY!!! The customer is your sole reason for having a job and without them, what do you have?

The chairs I brought in were so stained and dirty that I was not sure they were salvageable. The folks at Zerorez got them to look almost like new! Every stain came out of the upholstery, and the fabric returned to its original color.
The person working was very nice and helpful and informative. The process was quick and easy.
Did not do my grout per my package so now I have to schedule someone to be at my house again

Everything was fine
The biggest thing I like about zerorez is, I use an adhesive spray in my sewing room. This sometimes can end up on my carpet and attracts dirt. Zerorez is the only company that has been able to get this out
Not only was the carpet noticeably cleaner, but it was so soft. Softer than when it was new!

The carpets are actually clean. They feel clean and smell fresh. Their staff is always professional and nice.
