We needs our carpets cleaned before listing our house. Zerorez did such a great job - they look almost brand new! Scheduling was easy, communication was great, and our technician was great to work with. We were really pleased with the whole process!

Matt was great. He was very considerate, careful and informative! Just feel your prices are a bit high. Would like to do furniture and tile cleaning, but your prices are a deterrent. Basic carpet cleaning prices are not too bad, but I got nickeled and dimed over stain issues.

Very prompt. I usually rate a company on how they handle complaints. I was having company and my stair carpets were wet beyond the time suggested. I called and asked for a couple of heavy duty fans and it was taken care of asap. Really appreciated how they handled it and the attitude.

I asked the person who scheduled my appointment for a bottle of the spot cleaner when I received my service two days ago. When I told the guy that cleaned, he made a comment that they give that away sometimes (but the bill indicated that I still paid for it). He ended up giving me a slightly bigger, unmarked bottle of what I thought was the spot cleaner. Went to use it this evening when one of my kids spilled prunes. Instead of the spot cleaner, it was some type of soap and suds were everywhere when I tried to wipe it out. Ended up using my small steam cleaner for over 30 minutes getting all the soap out of the carpet and when I looked in the dirty/used water that was sucked out of the carpet, it was really dark and dirty. I did it a second time and it was still dirty. This was in a room that was professionally cleaned two days ago and we’ve been going without shoes around the house since then. I’m very disappointed, as we spent over $200 and only half our carpets were cleaned. Will be calling to, at a bare minimum, get reimbursed for the spot cleaner that I didn’t get.
