I have used your company twice and have been very happy with the results.
The service technician, Eric, came in on time. He was courteous and worked hard for about 4 hours to get the carpets and upholstery cleaned. The carpets now look clean and fresh. There is no chemical smell or any residue on the carpets. We would recommend Zerorez to others and would use their service again.
The Product was amazing it was just really hot water and no chemicals, obviously I had to use some of zero rez amazing spot remover, which I loved got that duct right out of my carpet it took 8 hrs. to dry but the professional cleaner went through it twice.
There is no residue with your process, so my carpets stay cleaner for longer.
