I didn’t think it cleaned very well. None of the high traffic marks were removed. We have had better results from other companies for less.
Excellent results- even on pet stains. Technicians are always friendly and helpful- make suggestions for possible additional treatments-but are not pushy. Carpet looks fresh and not water logged.

I was pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning. However the technician could have done a little more to clean up the splashes on my uncarpeted floors.

Our carpet was super wet after the associate left. I didn't notice it with the fans on. My husband called to share with you our disappointment. Our total bill was 282.00 and we had to have 2 dehumidifiers for 24 hours. The carpet now feels crunchy.
