I was very pleased with the whole process. Both individuals that I dealt with, were so friendly & helpful. The receptionist taking my call & scheduling my appointment & the cleaning technician that called when he was on his way. He took extra time to listen to my concerns regarding cleaning my carpet & the grout in our tile floor. And I feel he took the time to make sure I was completely happy with his job. Iāve had previous companies, that I feel rushed through the job, just to get on to the next appointment. I will be referring your company to anyone I talk to. GREAT job all around !!!!

Both technicians have been very professional. They explained what they were going to do and advised me on how to maintain the carpet. I love that the carpet is so clean and there are no residual chemicals in my carpet.

The tech Zach was very nice and professional, explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions before he started. I let him do what he needed and he asked me some questions about the carpet and after that he gave me a quote. I asked what the next step was and he said he would be able to take care of me right then. I said yes of course!! The spots are gone out of my carpet!! He cleaned up

+Loved how my carpet looks after it was cleaned. Your employees were very friendly and helpful. I do have a beef with the way the cleaning prices were given (not given, really) when I made my appointment. I feel I was lead down a path with out really knowing how much it would cost to clean my cats urine spots. But, the gentlemen that did the work were great!
The service man was knowledgeable and polite.
I called and the next morning they were here to clean my bedroom carpet.
I shared with the tech that I got this cleaning scheduled as our dog had vomited in a couple places over the weekend. We were not home and our neighbor taking care of our pets did not get much of what was liquid out of the carpet. The smell was terrible, almost intolerable.
I donāt know if the treatment to those areas was not done well or well enough, but I paid for extra treatment elements. It smelled ok at first, but within the hour after, the terrible smell was still present. I actually called the tech, but his voicemail was full.
So after $250, I still had the same issue that I had before. My husband was almost ready to rip up the carpet and throw it out.
I have a Bissel carpet shampooer and hit the areas again today along with another animal enzyme deodorizer @ $35 a jug, which I had to use two.
I was shocked at how brown the water was that I emptied from my shampooer from those two spots.
Iām just disappointed. I have used zerorez before and was happy. I know pet spots arenāt guaranteed to come out completely, but what remained that I was able to extract with my Bissel is unacceptable. Your equipment should have done a better job, especially with the extra treatments I paid for.

Eric was great! He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets and area rug. He was very pleasant and kind. I like how our carpets arenāt sopping wet after a cleaning. They dry fairly quickly.

Decrease the time window for arrival. A two hour window would be better than four hours.
