What our clients think of us!

Technician was very knowledgeable and personable
He explained process to us. I left town the day after having carpet carpet cleaned so if I have any issues I will contact you. Carpet looked great when I left

Matt was very good at explaining the processes and did a very good job on my old carpet.
He's a good guy, so may sure you take care of him!
This was my first experience with your company and it won't be my last.

Easy booking, and prompt service tech. My carpets look great and dried quickly.

Results are great. Quickly done. Polite worker. Started ahead of expected time. Carpet looks wonderful.

They did. Great job- quick and without the constant upsell!

The assoiacte, Clifton, that came to my house was great. Not sure there’s anymore you all can do to make it better. I would use Zerorez again.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez. In between tried another company, but the results we see with Zerorez truly are the best. The tech was extremely helpful as we have a new puppy and still in potty training. He advised us how best to treat our carpets and we couldn't be happier.

Take time and make sure you do everything you can to fix spots and clean extra dirty areas

on time courteous professional through job done right the first time

On time, worked quickly, and did a great job!

Eric was very professional & polite. I also like how they use their own water & how they do not saturate the carpet, allowing the carpet to dry quickly. I will definitely use this company again.

The tech was super friendly and very efficient. I will definitely call zero Rez again!

My carpet looks very clean. The cleaning tech was friendly and competent.

I like the finished look. Chris was very efficient and finished quickly !!! Already scheduled more services !!

They are eco-friendly and cost effective. Plus they work! Your team is very cordial, fast and effective. I would definitely recommend you to anyone I know.

Courteous and professional customer service, on-time, carpets look and smell great!

Thomas B did a phenomenal job. Carpets and tile look fabulous. He was able to get out all the pet, ink and grease stains in the carpets. I was so happy with the results, I added the carpet protection treatment after he completed the final walk through. Thank you Thomas!

Eric did a good job on carpets. Sevices were very good. Thank you!

Consistently great carpet cleaning

The technician (Adronis) was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly about the process and answered any questions we had. No odors to deal with and he was finished in a timely manner. Well worth the price!!

The stains on our carpet did not come up at all. I’m not sure the guy who cleaned really knew what he was doing and tried very hard to get them up. We bought a bissel portable clearer and worked in them today, 3 weeks later, and were able to get the stains much cleaner. Feeling like we didn’t need to hire professional carpet cleaning if we could have done better ourselves.

I had Multiple stains and almost all came completely out! My carpet looks almost new again and I'm astonished. The cleaning was done quickly and efficiently and Adonis was friendly and helpful!

Friendly, quick and professional. Carpets and stairs look great.

I am very happy with the results of my carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning of the sofa and recliner. Everything looks great, not stiff of sticky/prickly and it dried in less time than with any other service we have used in the past. I am recommending Zerorez to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for living up to your advertised service and products. Zerorez is awesome!!

Your technician was very professional but personable as well. He explained everything well and answered my questions. He took good care of my home and the furniture and got a ton of spots out of my carpet!

The carpet isn’t soaking wet

Just really good customer service.. came back to retreat some spots

Tevin was great! He did a great job. I like the way Zerorez leaves my carpet fresh and the fibers feel great.
