Professional staff and great results!
Carpets were cleaned adequately, at best. My previous carpet service did a much more thorough job and even 'raked' the carpet to add a fresh touch. I heard about your company on the 'Chicks on the Right' program, and thought I'd give you a try.
The carpet I requested to be cleaned is still not clean and the spots are now hard and crunchie. Not happy with the results. The carpet will have to be replaced now. I would be happy to give you another chance to clean the carpets if it wouldn’t turn out as it has.
This is worse than before your atttempt.

The quality of the services delivered and the friendly and personable nature of the Zerorez staff was outstanding and exactly what I was looking for. Thomas deserves a 5 star rating himself. The price point is a steal for the work that they do in the time in takes them. Before even cleaning the carpet they used this machine to get all of the years worth of dirt and dust out of the carpet that a normal vacuum could not.

There was a lot of positive with my experience with your company, but also a slight disappointment. I appreciated your promptness and cleanliness, and also leaving the spot cleaner. All of the stains and spots were successfully removed and I appreciated that as well. My disappointment was with the overall appearance of the carpet. I anticipated a fully clean look but the carpets were still dull with a general dirty look. As a matter of fact, except for the disappearance of the stains, the carpets don't look much better than when I shampoo them myself. Your technician explained that the age and wear of the carpet prevented the outcome that I was expecting, but I was disappointed none-the-less.
Technician was very nice and very helpful
Great service from Tevin. Almost all of the stains came out of this 10 yr, old carpet. Tevin explained what he was doing and why. At the end of the cleaning asked if I was satisfied. Found one spot that our cat had tried to decorate with his nighty meal. Tevin reapplied some of their spot remover and removed the stain. Great service and on time and finished in a timely matter. Will defiantly use them again in the future.
The customer service during the scheduling was fantastic, the technician was very helpful, and the price was great. So it makes me reluctant to say that I was disappointed with the results. The carpet is not as clean as I was expecting. It still seems dirty in the higher traffic areas. I can’t help but wonder I’d the empowered water technology is not as effective as detergent.
Products lived up to the promise and everyone we dealt with was very helpful and nice.
Patrick Beriault was our technician and did a great job. He explained everything he was doing and did them well. He did things that were best for us (like cleaning and drying the bedroom first) and was very courteous and personable.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez. In between tried another company, but the results we see with Zerorez truly are the best. The tech was extremely helpful as we have a new puppy and still in potty training. He advised us how best to treat our carpets and we couldn't be happier.
Take time and make sure you do everything you can to fix spots and clean extra dirty areas
