Your excuse 2 hours before my scheduled cleaning was unacceptable.....your techs are required to call in 3 hours before shift. I understand things happen...but don’t lie about it. I also see about the customer cancelation policy of $50.00—-your discount of 10 percent for my inconvenience having moved all furniture, lamps, etc. while entertaining guests seemed underwhelming. Your tech was great but your customer service does not shine.

Areas of my carpet were missed during the initial cleaning and there are some streaks in the high traffic areas. However, the technician was professional and explained the process. My carpet smells good and is soft. Also, the office staff was very friendly and when I called about the issues were able to set up another appointment ASAP.
