Had my couch, loveseat, and recliner cleaned right before Christmas. Did a terrible job. I can barely tell it's been cleaned. I was contacted by someone who "wanted to make it right". Told him I was busy until after Christmas and we could discuss it then. He said he would contact me after Christmas. Still haven't heard anything. Guess making it right wasn't all that important after all. At this point, to make it right, I'd like a refund and to never hear from Zerorez again. But I'm not holding my breath.
I love the way it looks and definitely will have them again. He explained everything to me and didn't take a super long time to dry either.

We were texted an offer to buy two gift cards and get one free and we were told we could use them on our day of service. We had two phone conversations with salesperson to set that up. Later we received a text saying that we could not use them because they had to be mailed. We were upset because we did not ask for a deal... it was OFFERED TO US. Then retracted. Not professional at all.
I purchased all the up-sells. I wish the carpets just looked a little cleaner, I understand it cannot look brand new but a little cleaner would be nice
It was easy to schedule an appointment that worked for me. Eric did a great job explaining everything and addressing my concerns. He did an excellent job and our carpet looks amazing.
The process was really easy! The smell was more like oranges rather than chemicals and the furniture dried quickly after cleaning!

Well obviously there is a glitch in your rating system because I clicked on a rating of 10 and had to exit my email for a medical emergency and when I returned to finish with my review of Zach’s work performance, the rating shows an 8 and can not be changed.
Zach does an excellent job cleaning my carpets and considering I have pets, he always manages to make them look almost new!
I will not use anyone but Zach for my carpet
cleaning needs in the future! Always very professional and focused on doing the best job and making sure the customer is happy.

Thomas was GREAT!! So polite, thorough, and nice. Our carpets look fantastic.
Guarantee and return if needed once carpet dries if not satisfied. Only one stained area rewicked and technician able to remove with spot cleaner and sealed it from rewicking. Left bottle of cleaner used no charge. Stain has not reappeared!

Seemed to do a good job cleaning. I like the fact that normal cleaning chemicals are not used. It did take awhile before I felt like carpet should be walked on. I had 2 fans blowing across the floor for a few hours.

Awesome smelling carpet! So clean and fresh. Soft and not sticky or crunchy carpet. Fast appointment availability.
The "no chemical" cleaning process is great. No odor. Really clean. Feels clean. The technician was professional and confident in his product and his techniques. For carpet and upholstery, this cleaning method is the way to go.
