How quickly the carpets dried and how clean they looked afterwards.
Thank you for getting the stains out of our brand new carpet and for making our upholstery look like new! I love that Zerorez does not soak the flooring and furniture, and everything is dry within a couple of hours. It also leaves everything smelling so fresh and clean. Thank you also to the service technician, who was friendly and informative.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was thorough and took his time. He covered his shoes, wore gloves, and wiped down everything he may have touched. Carpets dried quickly. Recommend highly.

I really feel you need to provide your employees with a company paid for iPad with a square. This is much more customer friendly and save, as well as more professional. It helps your employees, too.

Hello! Initially, I was very pleased with our cleaned carpets and the associate who provided the service was extremely pleasant. We decided to have our carpets cleaned by Zerorez to give our baby a clean and safe place to crawl. Unfortunately, a few days following the service, all of the carpets that were cleaned started to shed severely. I was constantly picking up bits of carpet and finding them in my baby's hands. Once I had to pull a couple from her mouth, we decided the best thing to do was rip out all of the carpet and replace it for her safety. Because of this, I do feel like I wasted money on a service that ultimately costed us much more than we planned on.
