Clean not crunchy when finished. Dries quickly!
Tevin was on time, efficient, very pleasant. He explained the process to me and he did a wonderful, efficient job. I want him back next time.
The technician was very professional, took the time to explain what he would be doing. He didn't rush through the process and tried his best to get the carpet cleaned. There were some areas that just didn't come up like I'd hope, but it was high traffic. I LOVED the orange scent of the cleaning process I would love to have that filtering through my house everyday. LOL!!! I would recommend Zerorez, they did a good job.

Everything is so organized from the very start until the payment is processed. I like knowing what i need to do to ahead of time to prepare. Everything was clear. The 2 day advanced reminder of my appt, and the call ahead of the time the tech is at my door is so appreciated. The young man, Derek, was considered, professional. He really took his time and was respective of my time and my property as well.

Well the service tech was great and everything looked good after he was done but we have large patterns still showing in our carpet. While he did a great job getting stains up are carpet looks dirtier than before so to the uneven clean and unclean patterns left in the carpet.
Carpet still has a “pinkish” tint to it in some areas from pet solution spray.
We had our sectional sofa cleaned, he did a great job! We will be calling to schedule getting our carpets cleaned.
