I explained how many rooms needed to be cleaned and was quoted $333. I was charged $437 with no opportunity to discuss why or an opportunity to change what was being cleaned to match my quote. There were several disconnects between the office and the cleaner. I provided a garage code and the cleaner used our realtor lockbox (somehow was able to get into it). This required many conversations s throughout a very busy day for me when I provided clear instructions up front.

To make it right would be to refund the overage that I was charged compared to the quote. The cleaner should have been informed of the quote and should have reached out when he believed the expense was going to be greater than planned and agreed upon.

Great service great product.

There were many old stains in my carpets which did not come out the way I had hoped. The technician worked hard & explained some stains would just not come out altho he got out some unknown origin stains. He was a hard worker & did his best! But overall I wonder if using a service with cleaning solutions might have done a better job of getting out the dirt left by air flowing around items leaving outlines on the carpet as well as the dirt left AFTER adhesive from a carpet protector had been removed from 2 areas. I don't think the Zerorez water cleaning is capable of removing the stains left, so the only thing that would make me feel a bit better would be a partial refund. We aren't interested in having to move everything out of the rooms again for a second try.
