The staff are great. Take care of them during these tenuous times.
Our basement flooded and there were huge water stains. I was really concerned they would not come out. Matt came out and explained the treatment process. He did a fantastic job!!! The stains came out and the carpet looks great! I will definitely use Zerorez again.
There were a couple of spots that were missed one in a corner. Although he was very nice and transparent it seemed like he wasn’t apt to move any furniture even if it was light.

My technician was Chase Mathey. He was truly knowledgeable on carpet cleaning and evaluated my carpet and adapted his techniques and tools to achieve the best outcome. My 8 year old carpet looked almost new when he was finished. I have used Zerorez for this house before and Stanley Steamer at another house. Chase was by far the most effective technician although the other Zerorez technician was good. I will not use Stanley Steamer again based on my experience. It is refreshing to find a service provider who knows his business, takes pride in his work and delivers results. I will use Zerorez when I need carpet cleaning service and I will request Chase Mathey.

Professional, did a great job getting out pet stain/smell, and overall the carpets look amazing! Will use this service again.
Chase could not get his solution equipment to work so offered to clean carpets using his hand solution tool. He said it would clean as well but would just take longer. I opted for this because I wanted my carpets cleaned that day but I don't think it cleaned as well. Then after he left, my husband and I were looking at the carpets and discovered a small spot that was still on the carpet and saw that Chase had not cleaned under the end tables, even after I had asked him to let me know when/if he wanted me to move the tables so he could clean under them. The carpet was dry under the tables. We also told him to pay special attention to the edges of the carpet in the great room because they get extra soiled, and he did spot them, but they still look dirty. Chase was a hard worker but I think he was limited because his equipment was not working properly.
Adonis was wonderful, polite, on time, and answered any question my husband or I had. We will have them return and recommend this company to friends and family.
Brad Kimmel was great explaining the cleaning process, services available, and pricing options. He was extremely professional and friendly!
Professional person for our cleaning. Took time for asking questions of us as well as us having an opportunity of questions. Gave us quotes on additional work on area rugs. When work complete, had the opportunity to inspect the job. Pleased with outcome. Did respect the rules on distancing and mask wearing for this difficult time.
Your Service is wonderful! I received a phone call before the gentleman arrived stating when he would arrive which was exactly what was scheduled.
