Great job!
Tevin was very thorough in discussing what needed to be treated before beginning the job. He was very polite and courteous. He completed the job ahead of his estimated time, which was appreciated.
Even though my carpet feels crunchy under my feet, I like the fact that no chemicals are used. I do wish he would’ve offered the carpet protector, I would to have had it, just forgot to ask.

I love that the products are water based. This makes me feel good knowing my kids and dog are safe. One of the biggest differences I always notice is how clean and fresh everything smells. You aren’t masking the dirt with odor you are actually cleaning it. I also love that the carpet dries quick and is not crunchy afterwards. It always looks more plump and like new.

Love how easy it was to set up - have an accurate quote and were super friendly! The actual cleaning was painless and they got out stains that I thought would never come out. Great results.

This is the second time I have used ZeroRez, and overall I am happy but not as happy as the first time. I think the service and the people are great but I think there is room for improvement on the edges. The most recent cleaning was on a rental, with admittedly slightly older carpet, and the floor itself turned out very well however the edges along the woodwork could have used some work. On our post-cleaning walk-through I did mention this to the Zerorez guy and he said that unfortunately is just due to the air hitting the edges of the carpet over a long period and filtering out the dust. A day or so after I was cleaning the woodwork and noticed that the cleaning did not really seem to even reach the edges. With some work I was able to clean out some of what I would have expected the carpet cleaning to have in a section. Admittedly, I am not super familiar with all the tools and how they are used, but I suspect with some type of 90 degree corner too that was able to ride flush along the woodwork, the edges would have been able to be significantly cleaner. I share this as a constructive criticism (see that I still gave a 9), so I hope that a closer look can be taken on this issue. I would happily discuss this further with someone from Zerorez if they are interested. I was super impressed with our first cleaning at the new place, and not majorly disappointed with our recent one.
They did a thorough job and were fairly priced. They did leave a few spots on the family room rug and did not point this out or explain.
I like the way you live up to your name of zero residue. And the young man who came was very pleasant and efficient.

The stains seemed to come up better the second round of cleaning. The only thing. Would like suggest is that the cleaning technicians should be aware that the hoses rub up against the corners of our walls and the trim. Whatever corners and trim boards the hoses were against, now have roughly spots embedded in them. In the future, you might consider putting a guard between the drywall/trim pieces and the hoses.
No residue
They did an excellent on three rooms of carpet. I plan on using this service to have at least three chairs and a couch in the near future.

You all have been great just was frustrated since the chair was clean but the spots that we had on the chair are still there. Not the gentlemen’s fault that was here he thought he might come up but it didn’t and we had to leave at full price. Also some stains were still on the carpet again maybe not his fault since he had to wear a mask and maybe could not see it but understand and glad he wore the mask. Just again frustrated paying full price.

Our floors look fantastic. The carpets feel great under foot. Had really bad pet stains in one room and you can’t even tell now. Derek did a great job. A little pricey in our opinion but loved the results!!
The carpet is clean, dried quickly, no odor. The representative was friendly and informative about Zerorez options. We look forward to their service in the future.
Sue Cox here from Carpenter REALTORS. I have used this carpet cleaning company for several selling clients and keep referring Zerorez every chance I can. I just used their services on my own home after some renovations that left dust and this extraction method removes debris from deep down in carpeting. I thought I was a good housekeeper and vacuum pet hair regularly but oh, the pet hair they extracted was phenomenal!
Highly recommend fast, professional and courteous service. It takes longer to dry than we thought but we put fans out and in 24 hours could put our rooms back together!

We had a great experience! The person who cleaned was on time, kind, and did a great job! We accidentally spilled bright paint on one of the bedroom carpets and you can hardly tell there was even a spill now!
