Employees very efficient. They show up when they say they will or they call and let you know why and when they will be at your home. Carpets are cleaned without using soap and if you're not satisfied they will return and re-clean.

The area of our loft that had a peculiar tint to it was coming up with my own effort and Resolve carpet cleaner, but we decided to enlist the help of the professionals to work on the area since it was larger than just a spot. Some of the area looks as thought it is a normal color again, but there is still an area that we feel could look even better. We feel that this area should all look normal after a professional cleaning. We would be most interested in someone coming out to re-clean that area since I was able to start getting it cleaner wit just an "over the counter' cleaner and some elbow grease, so to speak.

Everything! Adonis was friendly and professional! He was punctual, in fact early which was great! He did a wonderful job! Even got out pet stains that I have struggled with. With no residue I expect the carpets to remain cleaner for a longer period of time. Thanks!!!!
Ease of service & no harsh cleaning chemicals
May have been our fault, but carpet did not clean. It smells better but no improvement in the look.
My carpet is 10 years old looks like new. I have had mine cleaned twice with 2 different service men. I seen no difference in how they cleaned. They are well trained.
My carpets look and feel great. We had wine stains that another carpet cleaner had tried and failed to remove. There is some stain left, but so faint that it's almost new again. There was also some kind of ink or very black stain that was completely removed.
The biggest thing you could work on is the preparation required. It felt like a lot of work, particularly in moving chairs and small furniture. I get that you don't want to sign up your cleaners for moving a lot around, but I've never been directed to do as much prep with other cleaners. If I was older or less able, I would choose a different cleaner based on the instructions.

Adonis was on time, hard working and efficient. He addressed all my spots and main concerns. Adonis even cleaned a bathroom of tile for free and it looks AMAZING! I always appreciate the techs using corner guards, the zrlifter, the fan and shoe covers. Another plus today with Adonis was he wore his COVID-19 mask and had gloves on during the cleaning to ensure the safety of my wife and kids while in the home today. I'll definitely ask for Adonis again in the future! Thanks Adonis and Kate for the great service!
