Adonas was very professional and did a great job on the carpet. Wore a mask and foot protection.
Always on time, very thorough, friendly and quality service provided. The service providers have always been extremely nice. The carpets are like new after they are done. It's a quick dry and able to be back to normal fast. Definitely will keep using them. And the price is very reasonable for such a high quality service.

Top notch service and quality products. Always communicated with lead time, showed up exactly when they said they would, technicians always friendly and environmentally ready to enter your home. During these trying and unique times, they wore masks, and protective clothing. Would recommend highly.
Carpets came out looking great.
The technician didn't explain the process or show me how it was cleaning my carpets. I probably should have asked, but just wanted to stay out of the way. I think they are clean, and it was quick. They dried in about 4-6 hours like he said. They do feel better...just wish I would have seen the process. Partly my fault.

The guy who cleaned my carpets was great and had excellent customer service, but after the carpets died, there are a lot of spots that didn’t come up. He has warned me there was one that might not go away, but there are like 6 spots that stand our pretty bad. I’m torn between ordering a rug to put over them or calling another company to see if they can make my carpet look better.

They were able to come same day. Very professional person to schedule, very professional person to come do the actual cleaning. Floors looked great and they were able to help on a stain from wood paint over two years old. Will definitely use this company again!

The spot remover that I was given was wonderful! The corner protectors were nice. The 2 guys worked together in team work. They did a thorough job. Punctuality was implemented. This was my 2nd time using Zerorez. I have shared this experience 4 times.

I have a rainbow vacuum and ran it before I put my rooms back together and I was astonished at the dirt that was in the canister. Ran it a second time and still got the same results. I was rather disappointed! The young man that did the cleaning couldn't have been nicer or more professional, though, just disappointed with the results.
