Several issues are interesting. The pure water 💦 process and company leadership are what drew us to Zerorez.

We paid to have pet urine removal and still smelled urine after the carpet dried.
It's frustrating that there are always add-ons. You advertise a certain price, but that's never what you end up paying. We paid for pet treatment in one room only and used the $50 promo going on. The guy who did our carpets on 8/29 so we were required to do the pet treatment in the other room charging us another $55. This stuff always happens with carpet cleaning businesses.

The tech was super nice and knowledgeable, but we're still seeing coffee stain on living room carpet and two in office that were a pet accident. They are faded but not gone. When we have rented a professional shampoo machine, it did better on stains. Overall happy, but those were the problem areas we were curious about before we scheduled the entire upstairs. Great guy doing the service and prompt and timely. Thanks

The office had a water leak of clean water not sewage or toilet and the stain is still present. We believed the stain would have been gone after cleaning. When it was wet it was not seen but once it dried it is noticeable.

I love that my carpets don’t feel crunchy after. You guys also got out some pet stains that I thought would be impossible!! Gabe (our tech) was so kind and courteous! He was unbelievably knowledgeable on all the products and set real expectations with me. I will definitely be using you again!

They seem to make the carpet very clean.
Stains that the tech reassured me should be taken care of in a normal cleaning; not the additional pet stain remover, have already popped back up in 2 days. One of the reasons I chose Zerorez is the claim that they don’t use the methodology where The floor is cleaned by spraying water into the carpet and sucking it up, which just hides stains temporarily and yet I have the same effect.
I like the way the carpets feel after they are cleaned and the technician Gabriel, was super nice and knowledgeable about products and service!

Matt did an excellent job with several difficult carpet stains and couch upholstery cleaning. He was courteous and careful. He followed through and completed all the work.
Best carpet cleaning service we have had -- for the second time. Appointment was scheduled quickly to clean some bad animal stains, cleaner was knowledgeable, worked hard to remove bad stains, was polite and helpful in moving the few pieces of furniture that had to be moved. We were impressed and pleased with final result. Would definitely call again and would recommend to others.
I was very pleased with Jabe. He explained the technique he would be using since this was my first encounter with Zerorez. He was conscientious and professional from the time he walked in the front door. I had a couple of notable stains in our Rec. room & he reassured me that Zerorez could remove them. He advised me to put a protective stain protector on the carpet following the cleaning. I was quite pleased with this whole experience and will definitely seek the service again!
The care he took in everything he did, made sure it was the way we wanted it and did the best of anyone has done. I would recommend and I have already done that, I will only go with your company from now on. Thank You for the job that was done Gabe.
