The quality and consistency of the clean I have received each time. Your representative is knowledgeable hard working and sincere.

The product gets the carpet and upholstery incredibly clean with no residue left behind

Thoroughly cleaned. Attention to detail. Great customer service. Knowledgeable which I appreciated. Much better than a well known other company I used to use

Staff is well trained and does a great job. I like that the water etc. Is removed from the house.

Coordinating service was easy. Service Technician, Matt, called ahead of arrival and provided excellent service. He was very careful of our furniture and floors, worked quickly and did a superior job.

Carpets are very clean. Dry quickly too.

All of it!

products and personal

I like that time was taken to explain everything and all my questions were answered. When I asked for additional things to be done last minute, I was not given an attitude and I appreciate that. Everything looked great when done and Tevin did an outstanding job. Thank you

Very thorough and did a great job.

The product you use and the people who use it.

I’ve used you twice. First time I loved it. This time not so much. The carpet needed cleaned and in a few high traffic seas it needed extra attention. All areas were treated equally. I pointed out the bottom stairs needed more work and I was informed going over once was policy but he ran over it twice. So, after he left the resolve spray came out and I made it look much better. Ridiculous.

We had a horrendous issue with cat urine in our new home left from the previous homeowner. After having another carpet cleaning company come in and clean to no avail, Zerorez came in and after two treatments eradicated the smell!! We have been so impressed with the service and results from Zerorez!

Overall I was happy with the service. It is expensive.

First time user and the carpets look bright and new! They are 17 years old and look only a few years old. Thanks ZeroRez

Professionalism of staff. I know my carpet is clean!

I love there are no harsh chemicals used

Many spots that we felt would not come out did. All areas look so much better.

Your technician was on time and he reviewed our requirements and explained in detail his goals for our project and asked if we had any questions. His name was Tevin very professional and very courteous. Upon completion of job he asked us to review his work and asked if we were satisfied. We would highly recommend your company based on our experience.

We have been using Zerorez for many years and I love how clean they make our home feel. The technicians have always been so friendly and explain the process so well! I recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family!

Clean without chemicals. Carpet and vinyl look great.

The product was fine. I have used several different carpet cleaning services but your service has been the best. It cleaned our hallway the best and the carpet looks perfect. I would definitely recommend your company and would use your service again.
